'We liked the historic building en the location in the historic Centre of Troyes. Last time we visited we were far more enthusiastic about the Hospitality and services. We missed the welcome of the owner, and we were not amused the the breakfast was served the evening before, while it was very warm outside. So old bread and melted cheese.
