Drop your bags in this cosy 35 m² apartment located in the Le Village du Bachat residence - Joubarbes Building, in the heart of Chamrousse, a family ski resort in the Alps. Ideal for 5 people, this mountain cocoon has everything to please: comfort, smart equipment and almost immediate access to the slopes. Put on your moonboots, it starts here!



Housing in detail



- Balcony: Garden furniture to enjoy a coffee with a view of the mountains.



- Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, crockery, cutlery, utensils, raclette maker (obviously!), SENSEO pod coffee machine and filter coffee machine (team pod or filter, up to you!), toaster and kettle.



- Living Room: A simple sofa bed (1x1 person 120x190) for cosy evenings.



- Room 1: Two single beds (2x1 person 80x180), perfect for children or friends.



- Room 2: A double bed (1x2 persons 140x190) and a raised bunk bed (1x1 person 90x190), practical and clever!



- Free access to the leisure area consisting of:

1 heated outdoor swimming pool (when outdoor temperature is below 20°C)

1 hot tub

1 to 2 saunas (depending on occupancy)

1 fitness room



- Other equipment: Board games (for screen-free evenings), ski locker, duvets, blankets and pillows provided, fondue maker, waffle iron.



- Exterior and parking: Private outdoor parking at the residence (non-designated spaces, therefore subject to availability).



Everything within reach of a spatula!

No need for a car to enjoy everything! The ski slopes are just 50 metres away: put on your skis and head straight from the residence! Craving a raclette or a hot chocolate? Shops and restaurants are 200 metres away. Children (or complete beginners) meet at the ESF just 200 metres away. And for a little walk or a relaxed après-ski, the town centre is 500 metres away. Everything is right here, within boot's reach!

Chamrousse is the mountain version of a postcard: snow-covered forests, panoramic views of Grenoble and the Vercors, and a top ski area for all levels.
