The manager was very nice and helpful, he came to great us and ask about our time at breakfast which was lovely. He even had skiing suggestions for us. The room was nice and spacious, perfectly fitting 4 people. We also had a big balcony. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. '

'We just finished staying for 3 days at the Aristella in Zermatt and really enjoyed staying there. The staff is very friendly and the room was spotless. The Aristella is close to the train station, main shopping area, and attractions like the Glacier Paradise cable car and the cog railway. The breakfast (and the staff at breakfast) are great as well!

The location was perfect only a 5 min walk from the railway station and perfect for exploring this fantastic area. We will definitely return soon and spend longer at this hotel in beautiful Zermatt. Rooms are not very soundproof. Showerhead was hanging so low, I was only able to wash my hear sitting down.
The nice location as well as the price make up for that. There's lots of restaurants, shops and bike rentals nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you don't mind my first points of comment, then I would definitely recommend."
