Normally, I don’t pay much attention to negative reviews, but in this case I can confirm they were absolutely correct.
My stay at this property was a major disappointment and I felt misled. Upon arrival, I was forced by the owner to pay in cash, even though my booking was made through the system with a credit card. When I objected, the owner reacted aggressively.
In addition, the accommodation did not match the description on the website at all:
No parking available
No kitchen or kitchenette, although advertised
No private beach, despite being listed
Very noisy rooms – the floors creaked so badly you could hear every movement
No daily cleaning
No reception or staff available for most of the day, only when the owner happened to be present
Ants in the bed and throughout the room
The most concerning aspect was the owner’s hostile attitude when I refused to pay in cash. This made my stay not only uncomfortable but also unsafe.
Overall, this was an extremely negative experience. I would like to file an official complaint and request that this case be investigated. It is unacceptable that a property can advertise facilities and services that are simply not provided.
