Villa Giannari is located in a beautiful seaside location amidst the greenery of nature. At a short distance from the settlements of Agia Marina and Platanias, where you will enjoy impressive beach bars, cafes, traditional taverns and on the beaches you can also find water sports and diving.

In the rich area of ​​olive groves you can follow the E3 route where Villa Giannari is located, for walks in the hills of the village, cycling and horse riding.

Villa Giannari is spread over two levels with a large garden and terrace. Accommodates 5 people in two King size rooms and a sofa bed, large bathroom and another W/C.

The ground floor of Villa Giannari is perfectly neat with a traditional but also a touch of modern style with a spacious living room. There is a 43` TV with satellite channels. The dining room is next to a window with a view to enjoy a wonderful meal with your loved ones. The fireplace is the warm corner of the space dressed in stone. The endless light thanks to the large windows around the perimeter and the balcony overlooking the sea and the mountain is the ultimate combination that will offer visitors the perfect refreshing vacation.

Villa Giannari offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, etc. It also has an exit to the garden and the barbecue for easy movement of guests from indoor to outdoor areas.

On the first floor the bedrooms are spacious, each carefully designed to provide comfort and relaxation in Queen Size beds (1.60X2.00) with large balconies where there is a sitting area so you can enjoy sea, mountain and garden views. Also provided are large wardrobes, a stand for suitcases and a special area for your grooming.

Villa Giannari`s exterior is covered in lawn and stone with plenty of space for children to play. An outdoor dining area with a fully equipped barbecue area and a traditional wood-burning oven are ideal for guests to entertain and enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal.
Villa Giannari is fully fenced with a private entrance and ample parking for two cars.
