Mobility statement - This villa is in a hillside location with inclines. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 7 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The terrace is uneven, and a mixture of lawn and tiles. To reach the pool area, it is necessary to use steps either externally or internally. The pool itself has ladder access. This property is on three levels. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door is 65cm wide, and the bathroom door is 55cm wide.
