Best Spot in Brenham/Chappell Hill Area!
My wife and I had our “Babymoon” here and it was unbelievable to stay here. It was a quiet street and area in Chappell Hill which was great for us to visit, walk around and enjoy the restaurants and not far at all from Brenham. The host had everything we needed, was helpful with any questions while also being quick to respond. If you’re looking for a place to stay - especially in a smaller group like my wife and I - you need to book this place. Absolutely loved and hope to return here.

Beautiful cozy little cottage
Such a cozy little cottage. Perfect stay and walking distance to the shops in town. Host has BlueBell ice cream for guest that stay and we sat on porch in the rockers eating our Bluebell. The cottage is decorated so cute and has everything you need for a perfect little getaway.

this is our second stay and we would definitely stay again spring is great time in the hill country with the bluebonnets chapel hill is near the historic site of Texas independence and the Alamo is a nice day trip away

Perfect cottage in Chappell Hill
This property is a dream. Beautifully decorated and all amenities provided down do muffins and OJ for breakfast and Blue Bell ice cream for dessert. Great communication by the host. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be back.

Outstanding host. The 1880s cottage was well renovated and so tastefully decorated for the Holidays. Our stay was wonderful and was within walking distance of restaurants and shops in Chappel Hill. Morning muffins were a nice touch! Thanks!

We stayed at Sunshine Cottage for our annual mother/daughter trip. It was absolutely perfect for us!! The cottage was so cozy and cute. We walked to dinner at night at the Grapevine and felt perfectly safe. The snacks, ice cream and drinks were such a nice extra touch. We loved everything about the house and recommend it 100%.

Wonderful cottage stay
The cottage has tons of charm, great front and back porch, is conveniently located to the little downtown and a quick drive to the highway. It was just my wife and I and it offered plenty of space to relax after the daily outings. The host was very responsive and kind, as well. We'd definitely stay here again.

Fun time!
My friend and I went to the Round Top antique show and stayed at Sunshine Cottage in Chappell Hill. It was so charming, clean and comfortable. It was so nice to come back and relax after a long day of shopping. Highly recommend this cottage!

Great for a weekend away!

Great Stay in Chappell Hill
We stayed at Sunshine Cottage while attending a rehearsal dinner and wedding near Brenham. It was very close to Brenham and we were also able to see the shops and winery in Chappell Hill. The cottage was very comfortable and the snacks were a very nice touch. Thank you for a great stay!

Sunshine Cottage will Bring a Smile to Your Heart!
Sunshine Cottage is absolutely wonderful! This cottage has it all... the decor both inside and out are so adorable, a comfy bed, snacks, breakfast, drinks, amazingly hot water in the shower, and a peaceful location just a block away from some great food, entertainment, and shopping in Chappell Hill. We hope to be back again soon!!!

Highly Recommend!
Absolutely love this sweet cottage! Everything we could need was there even a washer and dryer! The bed was super comfy and kitchen was fully stocked. The hostess was extremely accommodating and available if we needed anything. Will definitely return!

A Warm Welcome
What a beautiful cottage for a couple's getaway! There was not one welcoming detail overlooked by Sue, right down to a stocked fridge (including Blue Bell ice cream) and a basket of snacks. The decor was welcoming, cozy, and comfortable and the back deck was a peaceful place to relax and wind down after a long day shopping at Round Top. It's in a great location, in a peaceful neighborhood, within walking distance to quaint downtown Chappell Hill.

Cutest cozy cottage!
The cottage was so cute and the perfect place for our mother/daughter trip to Round Top. It was a short drive to the festival. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay including bluebell ice cream in the freezer! The little “downtown” of Chappell Hill was perfect with a sweet little restaurant and ice house too. Great place to stay!!

Our stay at the "Ritz Carlton" Sunshine Cottage of Chappell Hill
My husband and I are frequent visitors to Susie's Sunshine Cottage, and each stay we are "wowed" by how beautifully appointed this home away from home is. Holiday times are especially charming - this time our stay the entire home was like a Christmas wonderland! The Ritz Carlton cannot match this VRBO in terms of service or customer experience!

Sunshine in the Sunshine Cottage
Precious and bright, the Sunshine Cottage is the place to stay in Chappell Hill! Off the main street, but not too far off, the cottage has a nice deck off the back of house with a big yard. Nicely stocked kitchen with bonus snacks! Very accommodating!

We felt right at home the minute we turned into the circle drive! Beautiful home with the best of everything available inside.
