'Hubby and I loved our stay in this rustic cabin. It is above the water with unobstructed views. We saw a LOT of birds during our stay. There were many Osprey flying around and catching their breakfasts/dinners right in front of us! There were bald eagles in the neighbors tree. Brett is very helpful and nice. The cabin is well supplied with nearly everything - TV, binoculars, telescope, beach chairs, as well as the essentials like Kleenex, paper towels, TP, etc. I recommend bringing your own...

'We had a short stay after a sporting event in DC, it was a little less than an hour away. Convenient location and a very clean house. Kitchen was well stocked. There was little communication with the owner, which was nice vs a long list of rules, but we would have liked to know any of their local specific favorite spots or more detailed check in/check out.
