'We chose "Casa" because of the reported quiet surroundings and walkability to the Centro. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Acted happy to have us as guests. We had two junior suites with three children. The beds are very comfortable, and the AC was potent. Breakfast was cooked to order and filling. They provided a coffee to go complementary. I paid more for Casa and didn't mind it as the breakfast made up for the higher price on comparable hotels. '

'Casa Madero is very well located and the place itself and the decoration are beautiful. My room was confortable. Bed, linens, towels, bath robes even slippers were great. The staff is friendly and helpful, they will tend to your needs with a smile. Minor downside: the water in the shower is warm enough, not as hot as I like it, and the W.C. has a sliding glass door, not my preferred option for privacy, even with my husband of 30 years... but it´s manageable. Great hotel, overall. Would go back.'
