'Alot of roaches. Exposed wire on the ac unit. Bed sheets were stained. I got a non smoking room but the sheets have burn holes in them .no microwave to heat food. Enter at your own risk.'

'Dont have any idea for as staying on property. I place specific date to check-in. To pay for room on arrival to insure accommodation with reservation. But that instantly change when property owner decide to take funding do to arrival date changed to following day. Claim i never had reservation and need to pay when i arrive. Thats way i set it up on Expedia app in first place. Refused to honor accommodation and refund. Telling a customer oh you call no show, what kind of business practice is...

'the plumbing needed some work loose handles, commode ran to refill often, had to move microwave to desk in order to plug it in. The window sheers were torn and did not close well. We liked the room just needed some tlc.'

'IHG Member, had no rooms so I couldn’t check into room until late. Checked in, room was nice. Someone walked in my room. Apparently April didn’t check me in correctly even though a deposit was taken, and they assigned my room to another lady as well. She was just as startled. Went to front desk, took 10-15 mins to fix. No real apology just everything is fixed. Came back after work, keys didn’t work. At check in I wasn’t told about breakfast, workout room nothing. April didn’t really say anything...

'Het hotel was nieuw en er zaten wat kinderziektes in (zoals een lekkende badkamer) die wel snel verholpen zullen worden. Voor de rest zag het er netjes en schoon uit. Het Hot breakfast stelt als in vele ketenhotels in de USA niet veel voor. De omgeving is niet echt bijzonder, het hotel is ideaal als tussenstop op een lange reis door de USA.'

'The hotel was reasonably clean and rooms were spacious. The problem was that all rooms were on second floor and there was no elevator. You have to climb stairs to get to rooms. My wife is somewhat disabled with back injury which made that difficult. Upon checkout I saw and older lady wrestling with suitcases to get down the stairs. I found no indication on website about the lack of an elevator either on their website or Expedia's. I would think Expedia would want to correct this lack of...
