Grote renovatie van meer dan 350 K net voltooid in oktober 2019, gelegen in het Tockwotten Cove-gebied van de Ninigret-vijver. Rustige omgeving voor vroege ochtend- / avondwandelingen naar Ninigret Pond en veilige fietstochten voor kinderen. Grote zijtuin voor buitenactiviteiten. Nauwe toegang tot Charlestown en Blue Shutters-stranden (heeft een concessie) Beach Pass is inbegrepen in de huurprijs. Prive-kantoor boven voor degenen die een beetje werk moeten doen. Aparte wasruimte. Zoetwatervijver kijkt uit op het achterdek en bekijk de zwanen in de vijver terwijl u 's ochtends koffie drinkt. Geweldige dagtochten naar Watch Hill, RI (11 mijl), Mystic Seaport, CT (17 mijl), Block Island Ferry (15 mijl), Foxwoods Casino, CT (21 mijl), Newport, RI (30 mijl), Providence, RI (41 mijl). Rijd lokaal naar Narragansett of Misquamicut voor een film, minigolf, go-carts, waterpark en / of lekker eten. Bekijk de vissen en kreeft boten aankomen in Point Judith dokken en neem kreeften naar huis om te koken in de goed gevulde keuken.


Wijk en stad: rustige en vriendelijke omgeving. Ontspannende wandelingen en fietstochten met de kinderen. Geweldige lokale dineren in 'The Galley' of pizza in 'Kingstown Pizza'. Zelfgemaakt ijs bij de 'Tropic Frost'. Lokale boodschappen, delicatessen en heerlijke steaks op de Charlestown Market. Ontbijt / donuts bij Tim Horton's. Geniet van het browsen op de lokale vlooienmarkt in het weekend in de General Stanton's Inn.

Lokale stranden: strandpas inbegrepen bij verhuur voor Charlestown en Blue Shutters-stranden. Zandige, witte stranden om van te genieten met uitzicht op Block Island in de verte. Geweldige golven. Loop kilometers ver naar de Charlestown Breachway en zie de visser gestreepte bas vangen. Blue Shutters Beach heeft fijner, zachter zand met concessietribunes, douches en badkamers.

Buitenactiviteiten: lokale verhuur voor kano's, kajaks of andere, in de buurt van Charlestown Beach om te peddelen rond de prachtige Ninigret-vijver. Vischarters beschikbaar langs Charlestown Beach Road voor gegarandeerde gestreepte basvisserij.

House and property is beautiful. We traveled from out of state There were 3 bath towels and no linens, no sheets or pillows cases. We used all four bedrooms. We received the welcome letter the day after we arrived informing myself and out of state members we could rent linens and could google a local business. Renters beware

Beautiful Beach House

This is our third year at this beautiful beach house, and every year when we enter, we are surprised by how lovely and clean is. It was a very hot week and the air conditioning was so appreciated. The beds are comfy, the furnishings great, and the fabulous kitchen and grill met all our dining needs! And of course, we loved the opportunity to sample the Charlestown beaches with the complementary pass. We had many wonderful dinners and family events at this beautiful home, and look forward to many more!

Great Vacation Rental in RI

The rental location was perfect – nestled in a quiet section of town – but close enough to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The house was clean and well decorated. Attention to detail was evident in every room, creating a cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals with ease, and the comfortable living spaces provided the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the area. The communication with the property owner was good. He was prompt in responding to inquiries and provided all the necessary details about the rental. The booking process was straightforward, making the entire experience stress-free. Overall, our experience with this rental was great. It offered a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and charm.

Fabulous House!

The house is fabulous. It is spacious and immaculate. With so many amenities! The beach pass- huge!! The kitchen - the hub - is so large and well equipped that it made family dinners a dream. We enjoyed eating inside at the large dining room and outside- on the deck. And the new grill was such a treat- we made daily use of that!! We loved the outside shower for after long sandy days at the beach. And the clothesline for wet beach towels. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Safe for our kids to walk and bikeride. All and all, we loved the house and are grateful you generously shared it with us. We made memories to last us - until next year!

Perfect beach vaca

Beautiful and spacious house! Five minute drive to Charlestown Beach. The beach had 10 lifeguards on duty, the waves were gentle, the water was warm enough to swim, the beach was clean and gorgeous! Del's soft frozen lemonade on beach! The house was relaxing to come back to after a nice day at the beach!

Beautiful Vacation House in Quiet Neighborhood

This home totally exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. We had a very hot week and really appreciated the air conditioning, the outside shower, and the master bath! We ate in most of the time, and the lovely kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. Rob was very easy to deal with and we’d love to vacation there again!

Great Vaca

Great house and host!

We enjoyed our stay in Charlestown at this beautiful house. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Unfortunately out weather was not great but we were grateful to have a nice place to hang out when we couldn’t be outside. The check in was easy and the host was kind enough to call me before our arrival and filled me in on local spots.

This is a very comfortable and roomy house for a family vacation. Added bonus is a small office. The location in Charlestown is good for beaches, shopping and other area highlights.

Great stay at Lobster Lodge

We really enjoyed our stay at Lobster Lodge. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was great to be able to vacation with our canine companion in Rhode Island. The beach-themed decor in the house was fun to look at. We’d love to return, hopefully with better weather next time.

The property was as described, plenty of dishes, etc. I had a question when we arrived at the house and Rob was very helpful. The week we stayed was extremely hot and humid, the air in the house was just what was needed! It was great to be able to have our dog with us, it is difficult to find pet friendly rentals.

Thank you Rob for another great stay at your lovely home! This house is well kept and in a great location!!!! Great beaches only 5 minutes away and a short drive to many restaurants and activities. The owners provide everything you need and respond quickly to any concerns. This was our 2nd year in a row at this location and will be back next year!!
