The building is new and very modern and has all the luxury amenities like a heated, saltwater pool on the roof, gym, etc. The apartment is spacious and on a high floor with a great view of the city.

Our apartment gives you access to the vibrant culture of Uptown with the comforts of everyday life in a way no other apartment community in Charlotte has before. We always keep the focus on you, making sure your life is as easy and wonderful as possible.

The Neighborhood:
Uptown Charlotte is the central business district of Charlotte, and is split into the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Wards. Uptown is home to an array of entertainment options and major attractions like Bank of America Stadium, Romare Beardan Park, Discovery Place Science, and Epicentre. Interstates 277 and 77 surround Uptown Charlotte, making it extremely accessible. Commuters who use public transportation benefit from the abundant light rail stations in this neighborhood.

Apartments offers accommodations with a terrace and free WiFi. It is near 5 parks within 6.7 miles, including Discovery Place, Charlotte Nature Museum, and Wing Haven Gardens & Bird Sanctuary.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per 5-day stay. Restrictions apply.

Parking is available onsite which cost $20 per day per car and reservation is needed.

We manage multiple apartments in this building and neighborhood. You will be allotted one of the many apartments at this address. It may be possible that the photos are not an exact match since the layout of various apartments is different. However, the size, area, facilities, and amenities of all apartments are the same. By reserving this property, the guest agrees that they are accepting of the fact that photos may not exactly match the actual apartment to which they are allotted, and they will not stake any claim for the mismatch of the photos.

Keys are a minimum of $150/key to replace. A fee will apply if they are lost, or not returned on time before 11 am. You will be fully responsible for damages and noise complaints.

"We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of cash, jewelry, or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. We are also not responsible for articles/valuables left behind by guests and found after guest's departure.

A refundable security deposit of up to $500 might be asked upon booking. The property host will contact you directly.

Payment Schedule:
We will take a prepayment of $100 upon booking confirmation, prepayment is taken from your total and the remaining balance will be charged to you 7 days before your arrival. If the reservation is within 7 days before arrival we will charge your reservation full.

Additional Fee:
• Admin Fee: 18% of the rent
• Service fee: 3.5% of the total

OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS: If you pay via Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash App we will give you a discount.

We manage multiple units—some have a sofa bed, others have a sofa chair with an air mattress. If a sofa bed is preferred, please message us to confirm availability.
