Gloednieuw huis op breed water! Bekijk ook onze andere eigendommen # 454862

Dit is een gloednieuw huis net voltooid in mei 2016. Het is 4000 sq. Ft. met 5 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. Het heeft ook een woonkamer met uitzicht op het meer met een uittrekbare queensize bank. Er zijn 4 portieken en een groot terras. De achterporch kijkt uit over het meer met een veranda op de 3e verdieping naast de slaapkamer. De aangepaste keuken is zeer open voor de serre en woonkamer. Ga zitten en ontspan in de hot tub terwijl u geniet van het uitzicht op het meer. De zachte kavel is erg groot voor activiteiten en een stenen vuurplaats voor een goede avond rond het vuur. Het dok heeft een 100ft. pier met een overdekte zithoek aan het einde om te zitten of om plezier te vissen. Een loopbrug leidt van de pier naar een groot drijvend dok om 3 boten te parkeren, allemaal uw eigen privégebied. We (11 of us) had so much fun and spent most of each day outside. There was something for everyone between the ‘beach’, fishing, swimming, hot tub, ping pong, kayaking, boating, etc. The house was well built, well maintained and well appointed. Wish we had more time there!

Beautiful home on the lake!

This lakehouse was absolutely gorgeous! The owner John was very communicative prior to checking in and was available for any questions or concerns we had during our stay. The photos are extremely accurate to the look of the property and the amenities were great! We really enjoyed the hottub, the living room with the view of the water, and the swinging porch on the dock. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

We enjoyed this beautiful home on the lake to meet family that live in all different areas . We fished off the dock and we got many fish (I even caught a big catfish). Location was great. Many restaurants and a grocery store close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic host - gorgeous, well -appointed home.

We will be contacting this host about the possibility of another stay! A group of friends come together to celebrate a birthday and attend the Carolina Renn Faire locally. As the planner, I found this home online. My family owns a rental house - so when I say that this home is fantastically appointed and provides for the needs of those renting well - I MEAN IT. The upstairs kitchen is the best I have experienced in a rental home when traveling with a group. Everything was clean and organized, with plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The home was even designed well for effortless hosting. The owner allowed us to use our own boat at the dock on the property and had firewood and kayaks available. Checkin and checkout were a breeze without overly complicated cleaning instructions.

Nice weekend on the lake

We had a very fun weekend on Lake Norman. John was kind enough to bring the boat over for us to take out on Saturday and it was great. The home seemed to not have been cleaned thoroughly between the previous guests and us but over all its a very nice home for a large group.

Our family vacation was amazing, thanks in large part to this awesome home on the lake. There was plenty of space for everyone to have a bed to sleep in, the house was absolutely beautifully built, and the proximity to the lake is unbeatable. We rented a boat for a fun day of tubing and we also spent lots of time outside in the huge backyard with all the kids. Really something for everyone!

The location was great and the house was absolutely wonderful. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the beach area. We also rented John’s boat, it was so nice having it already at the dock instead of having to go to the marina and pick one up. Perfect getaway for a family reunion! Everyone was happy!

This beautiful lake house was the perfect spot for our annual extended family reunion for ages 81 to 12. We only left the house to go to the grocery store that is 3 minutes away. Between the lake swimming, boating, fire pit, gorgeous dock, ping pong table and plenty of gathering spaces -- there was room for everyone to relax at their own pace. We highly recommend renting the pontoon boat from John. He's a fabulous host who is quick to respond. Perfect location on the lake too for kayaking and paddle boarding. Book this place! You can thank me later. :-).

Wonderful!

Really fun place! The dock is great, Kayaks and ping pong available. Sandy area in the yard for kids. Large grocery store nearby. Gas grill, extra fridge and kitchenette downstairs in addition to huge kitchen upstairs. The owner was very responsive and accommodating with special circumstances. The bedrooms are very comfortable and large. Plenty of space for our group of 9 adults. We loved it!
