No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and building. ($250 penalty if smoke is detected)
No food in Bedrooms
Turn all Lights & air conditioners off when leaving
No Parties or Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed inside the property.

Leave the Parking Pass in the Kitchen Drawer: Failure to return the parking pass will result in a $200 replacement fee.

Wine Bar Usage: Bottles from the wine bar are available for $20 each. Please leave cash or request payment instructions if you enjoy one.

Quiet Hours: Please respect building quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain good relations with neighbors.
