I made a booking. Showed up at the property after driving all the way from Florida. Then they tell me their online site crashed so all of the bookings made online were no good?! They were completely full and had no more room?! I had to drive around looking for a new place to stay late on New Year’s Eve?! Absolutely ridiculous. Worst booking experience ever.

Front desk was friendly but it took long to check us in, room smelled like people was smoking there, carpet had cigarrette burns, sink in the bathroom smelled like sewage… bed not comfortable at all, I am not sure where the vending machine was because there is no signs….

The young lady working the front desk was amazing her energy and customer service was excellent. On the other hand the owners need to take ownership for this establishment the carpets need to be replaced they are beyond the need of deep cleaning the floors need to be power washed the walls need fresh paint AND MOST OF ALL YOU THERE NEEDS TO BE A PEST CONTROLLER BROUGHT IN TO HANDLE THE ROACHES THIS IS BEYOND SAD. THIS PLACE HAS A LOT OF POTENTIAL BUT NEEDS TO BE OFF THE MARKET UNTIL UPDATES ARE MADE. A lot of wear and tear and it shows.

What a mis-Match and rip off place ! It is ok that hotels in “needy” conditions exists- fine with me. I went to check in based on my reservation after driving 15 hours and your receptionist told me that I could not check in because the system was down and I would have to find a room somewhere else. Additionally, I was charged $121 for the room I didn’t get and I had to call to request a refund. This was absolutely the worst and most unacceptable experience I’ve ever had with lodging.

This is one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever stayed at. The room is filthy and smells like urine. There were no sheets, pillows or blankets for the pull out sofa. The kitchen counter top was never wiped from the previous guest and it was sticky and filthy. There was excessive dust in the room and the carpets had burn marks in them. The bathtub was excessively stained. The blanket in the bed had pieces of dirt on it. I paid $109 through Hotels.com and the cost at the counter would have only been $77. What a rip-off! We would have left and gone somewhere else it it hadn’t been so late at night.

I did not stay at all. I got there and there were no rooms available. I booked the room 10mons before arriving at the property and the booking was confirmed, so I was sure I had a room and was highly disappointed when I found out I didnt. To add matters worse, they charged my card for a stay/services I did not receive. Completely unacceptable. I hold hotels.com completely responsible.
