We have finally been in contact with the company and are working to figure out the issue. They believed that the recent mix was not formulated correctly for the amount of water usually used. This made it to thick to cook correctly. We are glad you enjoy your stays here; we hope we have the solution to the pancake issue by the next time you stay.

I apologize for smell issue you had in your room. We work hard to make sure all our rooms are guest ready and visually clean and fresh smelling. Unfortunately, on busy weekends there is a delay in getting our terry items into rooms due to the amount of turnover and request for extra terry. We are working on options so this will not happen in the future. Thank you for letting us know you had this issue.

We have been working diligently on the carpets with spot treatments and with the purchase of a new shampooer we will be able to get all the carpets taken care of soon. I am sorry you did not find our beds comfortable. Yes, we are close to the airport, but flight paths are not always over the hotel. They vary with the weather and number of flights arriving at any given time.
