First, I paid for the travel insurance. I later found that my wife couldn’t get off work on Monday, so I needed to cancel the last day of our trip. I contacted Expedia and you all said you couldn’t help me and I needed to talk the manager at the hotel. When I spoke with them, they said I needed to talk to the 3rd party who I booked through. So…no help from either one of you even though I bought the insurance. Thanks for nothing
When we arrived, we were given a room on the second floor. I am handicapped (they had no way of knowing that). When we got our room keys, the man at the front desk said, “I’m sorry but the lift is broken”. So, I had to drag our luggage upstairs with no help from the hotel.
The next morning, the toilet got clogged. I called the front desk and the lady said she was sorry and would I like a plunger? I said yes please, and she said come down to the office and get it. I said don’t you have anybody to bring it, she said not until 10am. There were 3 of us and it was 7:30. I went down for the plunger so everyone else could use the toilet. She gave it to me and had the nerve to say, Bring it back when you’re done in case someone else needs it.”
The room was tiny. Every time we went to the car, you could smell weed and this is a no smoking hotel. And they didn’t even serve coffee!!
We will never stay at this hotel, AND we will never use Expedia again. You sell a product that is inferior and you don’t stand behind. I have many choices as to where to spend my mon
