The hotel was great! Convenient to going to a concert in Charlotte. The room is perfect! Cozy couch, business desk, nice bed, great shower and amenities. Every member of staff we met were very nice and helpful. Zero problems we'd return. ***Management might consider cleaning carpet and couch. Quite a few stains.

The Charlotte airport Enterprise location is clean and easy to find. Decent car selection and close to the airport. No shuttle needed. They have a relationship with Alamo so the car choices were labeled Alamo. No issues.

The staff gave us great options on what food is available and what we can do in the meanwhile. Breakfast was on time and professional. I love the Hyatt Palace. Only negative in the middle of the night a couple was fighting woke me up at 2am! So uncool, but, if was not you all responsibility.

The room was super clean! Though you can hear the planes passing by at times, it was in a fairly quiet area. Unfortunately the bar was closed my entire stay which was disappointing (especially during the st patty’s weekend when you want to avoid the bar crowd). Ms Cheryl (misspelling maybe) was absolutely amazing! Accommodating and just pleasant!! Thank the world for people like her who truly go above and beyond and take pride in their work.

Good value for the price. Rooms still spacious and clean. Breakfast was not appealing so I didn’t try it. They ran out of coffee, no flavored creamer. Kitchen staff had language barrier- did not understand my questions. Quality of hotel has went down. Some staff not professional from attire to inability to answer questions. Not best experience this visit. Plus it took over a week to release $50 incidental fee!

The check in process was a breeze, I didn’t catch the gentleman that checked us in but he was very pleasant. Upon getting our room keys I seen the sign about parking which was okay until we scanned the barcode and had to pay for parking which was $10 a night. Not sure why that wasn’t in the description before booking, I would’ve never booked due to the fact I felt I already paid for parking when I booked with you all. We proceeded to try to get to our room but the elevator took a great amount of time not only that but it was only that one elevator working through our entire stay. When we finally got to our room it wasn’t like the pictures were on the website. The bathroom was very small you couldn’t do a full turn around with bumping into the door or the toilet. There was no microwave in the which I thought was very odd as once again not in the description. I will not be booking this hotel again for these reasons.

My apologies for the ratings but I am angry. I find the new parking system aggravating, demeaning, a complete hassle and it was hazardous as well. The web site re directed me several times to an entertainment site and prompted me to “create an account” which entailed entering credit card information a second time. I realized it was bogus and backed out and it finally processed my parking payment from my first credit card entry. I DO NOT MIND PAYING FOR PARKING- you can charge me double. But needing to scan a QR CODE AND go to an unknown and unfamiliar and possibly dangerous website and enter credit card information, under verbal threat by the front desk of getting a ticket, is a deal breaker for me. This has been one of my go-to properties for years when traveling in the Charlotte area, but I’ll be staying away from there from now on for this reason. I hope one day you find it in yourselves to simply add parking fees to the hotel bill like most hotels that charge for parking. I had just driven 7 hours from Maryland and fighting a difficult to navigate parking web site was the last thing I wanted to do, again, under threat of some type of punishment for not complying. Thank you for hearing me out.
