Geniet van het leven in het meer en ontspan in Bally K, een gezellig huisje met 3 slaapkamers op een afgelegen terrein van 1,5 hectare aan het water. 28 minuten van het centrum van Charlotte, 5 minuten van de I-77

Dit is een terrein met lage hellingen. Iedereen krijgt gemakkelijk toegang tot het water. Geen trappen om bij het dok te klimmen, geen trappen om naar huis te klimmen.

Onlangs gerenoveerd met nieuwe keuken, hardhouten vloeren en nieuwe meubels. Overdekt en afgeschermd in veranda met eethoek. Open dek met prachtig uitzicht op het meer.

30 'x 30' drijvend dok. Diep water veel met meer dan 15 'water op de pier, zelfs in de wintermaanden. Overdekt prieel gelegen boven het water om te genieten van die Normandische zonsondergangen.

Krijg onbeperkt gebruik van de 4 kajaks en sta op paddle-board - allemaal gratis bij verhuur. Lanceer ze vanaf het dok of vanaf het zandstrand aan de waterkant. Geweldig zwemmen in de privébaai, geen bootverkeer, dus het is veilig voor kinderen.

Breng uw boot, zet aan bij de Haggar kreek openbare toegang. Schipper minder dan 1/2 mijl terug naar onze pier, bind het vast in de privéboot slip.

Time Warner-kabel met Disney, Nick, Nick Jr, Boomerang en alle kinderkanalen. Speel Station, Wii, met veel spellen. Geweldige plek voor kinderen om van hun zomervakantie te genieten.

Gratis breedband WiFi

10 minuten rijden naar Target, Best Buy, Sam's, Wall-Mart, Dick's, Belk's en meer. 10 minuten rijden naar heerlijk eten, of neem uw boot naar een van de vele restaurants aan het meer.

Het huis ligt in een woonwijk. Op geen enkel moment zijn feesten of evenementen toegestaan op het terrein.

What a wonderful cozy place to stay! The lot has an amazing view of the water and the new dock was a wonderful place to stay, play, and dock the boat. We stayed for a week and made so many beautiful memories. Everything is even better in person! Shops, and restaurants are within 10-minute range. We walked in the morning and enjoyed the area. Kids loved to see deers walking in the forest. We would definitely stay again! Absolutely a gem!

The owner was very thoughtful in furnishing the house- everything we needed and more was supplied (beachtowels/ throws/coffee pods/life jackets and so much more) The view of the lake and outside sitting areas were wonderful. Great stay at Bally K!

We booked last minute to do some house hunting and found this gem! Bally K is in an idyllic setting nestled in a quiet cove on Lake Norman. Even bad weather couldn’t ruin our visit. The convenience of tying up our boat was a huge bonus.Tim was kind enough to assist us with the boat launching. The cottage exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival there was a generous fruit bowl and lovely flowers to welcome us. The whole place was sparkling clean and fresh.The bed was extra cozy and the shower was luxurious. Every night we grilled and made a fire in the family room. We would have preferred a sunnier week but Bally K was a delightful shelter from the storms. Looking forward to booking again soon!

Perfect Lakeside Cottage

Very much enjoyed our stay again! Thank you for sharing your home, and all the extras! We had a relaxing time and cannot wait to return! Comfy beds, screened-in porch with plenty of seating, the dock furniture was great for evening fishing or hanging out, and the sunning deck with umbrella is perfect for lounging. Loved the new couch and chair as well, and that the kitchen is always well stocked! Quality finishes make this one feel comfortable and like home!

Relaxing stay

The house is wonderful and the views were instantly relaxing! I stayed for a few days while in town visiting my parents who also stayed. It was the perfect location, tucked back into a quiet residential neighborhood but close to restaurants and stores. The dock and spacious back porch were beautiful! We took the kayaks out for a spin on the lake and my parents really enjoyed their time. The hosts were responsive and the house was immaculate. I plan to return again!

Wonderful weekend getaway. Convenient location for food, and amazing home. Very clean and had tons of entertainment options for the kids. Just The Best

First impressions are important. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. Kudos to the cleaning crew. The Owners thought of everything! Plenty of towels, bath and beach. Stainless cookware and everything that was needed in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of ways to relax....we especially enjoyed the screened porch and gazebo on the pier. Our son and his family came to visit most days and they enjoyed the shallow entry to the water and the numerous paddleboards and kayaks. We had trouble dragging them out of the water to eat...Overall, one of the best vacation homes we have ever had the pleasure to rent. Top notch all around. Just the best Thank you

From Beach Bums to Lake Lovers

In LOVE with this cottage!

We were in love with everything about this cottage! It was absolutely perfect…the location, the view, the dock, the lake, the amenities, the hosts, everything! The cottage was super cozy and decorated beautifully. The bathroom was amazing and the beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we could need. The view from all the windows and from the screened in porch and deck was breathtaking! Tom and Katherine were amazing and the most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever had! They had fresh flowers, fruit, and goodies along with a handwritten welcome note when we arrived. They went above and beyond to provide us with everything we would need. They even put some wood in the fire pit for us after we messaged to find out where we could buy some wood. My family thoroughly enjoyed our first vacation to Lake Norman! We spent everyday either on the boat that we rented or swimming and floating right off the dock. The ladder made it so easy to get in and out. The evenings were spent cooking out and playing yard games by the water. We cannot wait to go back to the Bally K next summer!
