Lake Front +4800 Sq FT huis met 5 slaapkamers en 3. 5 badkamers gelegen op een Cul de Sac Sfeer aan het meer van Norman. 1 Acre, 278 lineaire voet van het meer. Fantastische accommodatie voor familieweek-lange bijeenkomsten. grote open baai met gemakkelijke toegang tot alle activiteiten van het Lake Norman.
Home Inside:
Loop de speelkamer uit met Bar, Fosse Ball-tafel, Arcade-spel, TV, 1/2 bad en pooltafel, met een uitloop naar de ontspanningsruimte buiten de bar. Grote zeer ruime gastronomische keuken met aanrechtblad voor 7 personen, die leidt naar een informele eetkamer met plaats voor 10 personen. Grote oudersuite met inloopdouche, dubbele wastafels en jacuzzi. Elk bed op de bovenverdieping deelt een complete badkamer, 1 bad is ruim en standaard bad / douche en de andere heeft inloopdouche en een jacuzzi. Basic Direct TV in elke slaapkamer, kamer, speelkamer. Zeer groot scherm in veranda die zich uitstrekt over de hele lengte van de achterkant van het huis met volledig zicht op het meer (12'X 48 ') met 2 lounge stoelen, dubbele schommel, tafel met 6 zitplaatsen en een swingend dagbed. Dit bed is ook opgemaakt als een slaapbed indien nodig en brengt u naar een totaal van 15 personen in bedden. Dit slingerende bed wordt vaak beschouwd als het beste bed in het huis vanwege het zicht 's nachts en' s ochtends. Outdoor-ruimteverwarming beschikbaar voor koelere nachten. Wasruimte beschikbaar.

     Drijvende aanlegsteiger heeft ruimte om maximaal 4 boten en 4 jetski's te parkeren, bevestigd aan een 50 'pier. Buitenkeuken met grote grill, gootsteen, Turkije-fornuis en dubbele kookplaten en veel aanrechtruimte met bar voor 6 personen. Regeling hoefijzerkuil, Corn Whole Set en Boccie Ball Court. Grote 16'x14 'cement patio grenzend aan buitenkeuken met vuurplaats en Adirondack stoel zitplaatsen voor 6. Ook grenzend aan de buitenkeuken is een 20 "x 20" dek met een grote aangepaste buitenste sectionele bank met zitplaatsen voor 10 aan de binnenkant en 13 aan de buitenste bar top. Deze sectie is uitstekend voor de speltijd en -gesprekken van het gezin. Vanaf dit grote dek loopt een lager dek met Adirondack-stoelen met een hoog profiel en ligstoelen die verder leiden naar het grasveld met volledig uitzicht op het meer. Grote met gras begroeide zijtuin voor extra games zoals ladderbal en frisbee. Buitendouche beschikbaar en voldoende buitenverlichting. Accommodatie wordt geleverd met aanvullend gebruik van een 10 ft aluminium roeiboot, 2 kajaks en 2 paddleboards voor gasten.

This was our 3rd year at this home. This is a great property for our annual family gathering. The indoor and outdoor spaces are well equipped. The screened porch is huge and can accommodate the whole family as does the outdoor patio. The fire pit is always a must for smores and outdoor evening time. We will definitely book this property for our future family vacations.

Great house and outdoor entertainment area

The house was great and comfortably hosted our 12 guests we came with. The outdoor entertainment area was perfect for our group and the outdoor kitchen really helped with large family meals. The location on the lake was nice and quiet and allowed us to swim and kayak without worrying about boat traffic. The large screened in porch was a big bonus for us to spend family time since we did have a lot of rain the week we were there. I communicated with Steve several times throughout the week and he was very attentive. Great host.

Family vacation

We went on a vacation with my husbands family. There were 15 of us total, we had plenty of space in the house and loved the screened in deck area, that’s where we spent most of the time. The sandy beach/water area was perfect for our little kids, they loved playing there. Stephen was was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Lake Experience

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house on Lake Norman. The host provided ample water related toys including kayaks, paddle boards, and floats as well as life jackets for the adults. We enjoyed our private little slice of the lake and enjoying beautiful sunsets on the dock.

We had a great time! The lake is perfect and the kayaks and paddle boards were put to good use. House had plenty of room for everyone, although some couples used to larger beds at home felt a little tight in the double beds. lol Steve was super responsive and very kind!

Great place and a lot of fun. We had 2 families staying in the home. There was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor area was fantastic. Great for a large crowd. The outdoor kitchen was amazing, and there is a plenty of outdoor seating. We enjoyed the bocce court and dock for swimming. Its on a fairly quiet cove. If your bringing a boat there are 3 bridges to clear to get to the main lake with the closest bridge to the house having the lowest clearence. We have a surf boat and the tower barely cleared that bridge . Outside of that, lots of nearly spots to surf, tube, etc.and some fun bars/restaurants that you can visit by boat.We got of to a rough start, the cleaning crew was there when we arrived and delayed our check in by an hour. The house was still not fully cleaned. The owner made sure it was properly cleaned the next day and was very reaponsive to all messages. I believe that was a one off event and i would stay at thouse again on future trips.

Great property with beautiful sunsets and great location.

This was our 2nd year at this property. The outdoor space is great for family gatherings with a bocce ball court, horseshoes, cornhole, a nice dock, outdoor bar, fire pit, huge screened porch, outdoor sectional with umbrellas, and paddle boards. The younger crowd enjoyed playing pool. The kitchen is very large and well equipped. This home accomodates our group of 15 very comfortably. We have already booked it again for 2025.

Clean house with plenty of amenities. While the water is obviously the highlight, having horseshoes, bocce, and cornhole are welcome diversions. The basement pool table and arcade machine were also well used. The screened in porch adds a lot of space. The house had enough space for our group of 15, all 16+ years old. Stephen is proactive providing information and responsive to any inquiry. When a storm knocked out the internet he texted us the carrier alert, and he let us know when service was restored. The pictures in the listing reflect the size, quality, and cleanliness. Highly recommend for large families.

Luxury lake house is an outdoor paradise!

The property is just lovely! The huge screened in porch and outdoor furnishings were perfect for enjoying the lake and spending time with extended family. The teens thoroughly enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks, swings, and dock. The adults really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and game room! The location of the home is ideal as that area of the lake was really quiet without a lot of boat traffic. The lake was low which made a nice beach area for ladies to lounge on and a gentle entry into the lake if you wanted to float. The owner was very responsive and property is well maintained. There are a lot of rules to ensure the property stays in great shape - if that makes you nervous you may want to ask for a copy in advance. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our vacation on Lake Norman. The week flew by! Had a couple minor issues that the owner took care of quickly. Our group was a little uncomfortable with indoor and outdoor cameras either in or out of use during our visit. The home is large with plenty of indoor and out door space. It was easily accessible to other attractions and areas of local interest. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the stay.

Perfect family lake getaway

The house was large enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 15. There was plenty of seating between the outdoor and indoor spaces and the beds were all comfortable. There is a nice little sand area down at the water that the children enjoyed and the water is deep enough off the dock for jumping and fishing. The games and outdoor entertainment options were great for when we needed a break from the water. Stephen was very quick to respond to our concerns. The only reason I took off a star was because you couldn’t use more than one shower at a time without severely affecting the water pressure and the refrigerator had a hard time keeping our food cool so we had to throw away a lot of groceries that spoiled. If the refrigerator wasn’t an issue I would have given five stars.

4Ms Lake Norman House

Our family had the most amazing time at this property! The house was so spacious for our family of 12. We loved the location on a very quiet street with beautiful lake views and sunsets. We also loved that the master bedroom was located on the main floor which was perfect for my senior parents. They didn’t have to worry about going up and down stairs. We rented a pontoon boat for the week from the marina around the corner and were able to park it right at the dock. The kids were in the water everyday swimming, kayaking, and fishing. The guys had a great time playing pool in the game room most nights. Would love to stay here again someday!

Great 50th Anniversary Celebration

We recently stayed at this property to celebrate my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. There were 10 of us - 6 adults, and 4 children (16, 10, 8 and 3). The house is huge and there was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy the week. The house also comes equipped with some great amenities - including an outdoor kitchen, indoor gourmet kitchen, pool table, lake toys (paddle boards, kayaks), and a screened-in porch overlooking the lake. We enjoyed swimming in the lake, grabbing a nightly cocktail on the deck, and tubing behind a boat we rented from the marina just around the corner. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to enjoy a fun family week at Lake Norman.

The 4Ms Lakehouse has everything you need and more for a wonderful vacation at the Lake. The host, Steve, is great to work with and kept us informed at every stage of our booking (before, during, and after). The house is so spacious and the amenities are second to none! Lots of outdoor toys available for playing in the lake and lots of places to relax and enjoy the beautiful view from the large screened room or outdoor sectional. Family Reunion on Lake

We had a wonderful week at the 4 M’s beautiful lake home. It was the perfect location with a gorgeous backyard and lots of activities to enjoy. The house was spacious and very clean. Kitchen was perfect for large families and had all the appliances and amenities you need. The owner, Stephen, was great. He was quick to reply to any questions we had and responsive to our needs. Amazing Family Vacation Home

We enjoyed a large family gathering (13 of us) on Lake Norman at this spacious home. The property was beautiful and had so many outdoor areas to hang out. We especially loved the screened in upper deck and the seating around the outdoor sectional where we had every dinner together. Pontoon boat rental was super easy and we were on the lake everyday with the kayaks, paddle boards etc that were provided. The host, Steve, was very responsive to some minor issues we ran into. House instructions could use some updating and use of the 7 flat screen televisions was limited due to missing remotes and no connection to streaming channels so we used laptops and our own cords but we were mostly outdoors. Bar and game room area were fun. Overall nice experience.

Great location

Had a great time at this house. Stephen was excellent at communicating with us. A lot of amenities to offer. Couple recommendations would be lamps on the nightstands. We have readers in the family, who couldn’t do that in bed. Only a couple bedrooms had a place to put away clothes. There were some racks for hanging, but no hangers. Some dressers would be helpful. Great house!

high school group reunion

The house is excellent for relaxing, enjoying the lake, grilling, and indoor and outdoor games. It is plenty spacious and very clean. We had nine 50-somethings on a high school reunion and spent almost all of the seven days at the house. We rented a pontoon boat at the Lake Norman Marina (less than a mile away) which was great fun too. All organization/owner communication was clear and timely. Reasonably priced as well...a very good house rental option!

Awesome!

House was just as advertised - large kitchen, great outdoor spaces, etc. Paddle boards were used daily! Very close to marina for pontoon rental. Stephen was very helpful and communicated regularly - appreciate his patience with our last minute car issue that delayed our departure . Would definitely stay here again.

All the conveniences of home and then some.

The property is spacious with plenty of indoor and outdoor areas to gather. Everything was as advertised and as expected. My family would do this location again.
