Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the property including the rooftop terrace.

The only areas guests do not have access to will be the locked owners closet on the main floor as well as a locked closet on the second floor.

Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to a fine.

To ensure safety and security each guest is required to complete the check-in form including a valid government ID. Non complete or inaccurate information in the arrival form will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
For the safety and well-being of our guests, we require an ID verification upon booking.

The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.
*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.. No information is stored for the privacy of guests.

One dedicated parking space is provided in the parking lot outside the condominium. The space number for Unit 4 is SPACE #3. For your convenience, we provide a dedicated EV charging station for anyone driving electric vehicles. Any additional parking can be found on the street where available.
Parking in this lot is strictly for the residents and assigned guests only. It is important that you only park in the assigned space to ensure you are not towed. You’ll find a placard left for you on the kitchen counter to be placed on your dash during your stay. Please return the placard upon your departure. Any placard lost or that needs to be replaced will incur a $25 fee.

Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.

We have a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud noise/music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeiture of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Please be aware that the property is monitored by technology that tracks the number of people in the property and noise level.
Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as the termination of your stay without refund.
For our guests’ safety and security, there are only outdoor cameras for security and no cameras within the property.

Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day; early check-in is at 1:00 PM)
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Check-in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols.
Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.

Quiet Enjoyment
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, we ask that you please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.

Access to the Home
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet on the lower level, and the locked shed in the backyard.
To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Pets
No pets allowed. A fee of $350 charge will be applied for non-compliance.
Smoking
No smoking of any substance. Smoking is monitored through technology and a fee of $500 will be applied if detected.
Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.
Internet Usage
By using the internet provided at any property, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows.

We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless the host for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

Checkout Instructions

Guests are responsible for all of the following:
Please understand any violation of the checkout procedures will result in increased cleaning costs and will result in fine.
-Place used towels and linens on the floor of each room.
-Rinse dirty dishes and put in the dishwasher and start before departure
-Hand wash pots & pans and place in drying rack
-Wipe spills on surfaces like floors and counters
-Use rags, paper towels, or wipes DO NOT use white towels
-Sweep the floor of any noticeable debris
-Use broom, vacuum, or swiffer
-Turn off all lights and lock doors upon departure

By accepting this booking, you verify that you are in compliance and agree with each of these policies.
