Amazing!
The home was very clean, the lock on the door made me feel very safe, and the decor was beautiful. My friends and I chose this property because it was literally 2 minutes away from everything that we planned for activities!! I will definitely be booking this property again. Ms. Fran was very friendly, easy to contact, and understanding. Check out is at 11 am but my friend lost her cell phone and Ms. Fran allowed us to stay a little over to handle that situation. 100/10!!!

Very nice
I honestly can’t say enough about this place or the owners. Very cozy and comfortable place. Well stocked throughout the house. Nice neighborhood. Location was nice and convenient. Looks to have been remodeled recently and they did a good job with this place. Decor was even done well. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll definitely be staying here again. I could go on and on about this one. I have zero complaints!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick trip to Charlotte with my in laws. The house was clean and cute in a convenient location. We would have liked a few more kitchen items like a cutting board and sponges for washing dishes, and the beds were a little bit hard, but overall it was a good stay.

Great option for a weekend!
Stayed here for a long weekend to attend the NHRA event at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The place was clean and we had plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was also in a great location. Quick drive or Uber ride into the city for meals and easy drive to the racetrack. Owner was nice and communicated with us throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

A little gem of a place!

Simply Perfect Part 2
I wrote a review for the adjacent side (Blue), so I'll be duplicating my messages from earlier for the RED side. I was in Charlotte to attend my fraternity's (OMEGA PSI PHI) Conclave. I rented both units in this duplex, which were extraordinarily spacious and accommodating for six easily! The host, FRAN, was exceptionally wonderful and hospitable. It was a flawless transition from when I reserved the property online to when I checked out. Communication between Fran and me was quick. I appreciated the occasional text messaging to see how my trip was going and if I needed anything outside the typical necessities. The property itself was immaculate. The front porch was great, but the backyard was much better; it allowed you to unwind and enjoy the scenery in privacy. Both units had porches and color-coded chairs. In addition, the neighborhood was tranquil, and the neighbors were neighborly. I saved this property, and I highly recommend it!!!!
