The primary bedroom features a king bed dressed in 400-thread-count linens and a plush down duvet (synthetic-down available), along with two closets, including a walk-in. The spa-like bathroom is finished in Carrara marble, with heated floors, dual showers, a separate water closet, and an abundant supply of Egyptian cotton towels.



The second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be combined to create a king. The en-suite bathroom is also tiled in marble. Bedroom configurations may vary by unit, with some offering a king bed in place of twins, which can be converted as needed.



The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with premium Fisher & Paykel appliances, including a gas range, cabinet-depth refrigerator, and dual DishDrawer dishwashers. Marble tile floors, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and an undermount sink complete the space. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and entertaining—down to the garlic press.

Rental Agreement:

Guests must be 21+ to book (verified for security only)

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.





Additional information

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Unauthorized late departures may result in a $200 fee.

Optional workstation rental available with monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

We provide a starter kit of supplies, any additional supplies needed must be purchased



Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation may result in a $300 fine and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets

Dogs only (max 2). $59/per pet

All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets will incur a $120 fee/per pet.

Pet owners must provide breed.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage may result in cleaning fees of $250 plus the cost of any damages.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste around the property (waste stations are conveniently located around the property).

Any pet that continues to disrupt other guest's and their ability to relax and enjoy their stay may result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

Smoking

Absolutely no smoking.

If smoke odor or remnants are found inside, a $500 cleaning fee will apply.



Damages & Conduct

Please report any damage immediately, we know accidents happen we just asks guests to be truthful when they do

Guests are responsible excessive damages caused during their stay.

Internet is provided for general use.



Trash

Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided.
