Nestled in NoDa, the arts district of Charlotte, the guesthouse is situated just 1 block from North Davidson Street, a 5-minute walk to Charlotte’s best restaurants - Haberdish, Bar a Vins, and Goodyear House. Hop on the light rail to reach Uptown or Southend. There, you can enjoy breweries, museums, and plenty of shopping.

A charming space located in the bustling and popular NoDA neighborhood of Charlotte, our 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is the perfect getaway for a couple or solo traveler. With a separate entrance and dedicated off-street parking, this is the perfect spot for your home base in Charlotte.

As soon as you step into the main living space, you'll be met with warm details, including reclaimed wood shiplap. The open kitchen features handmade tile and includes a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster oven, a stovetop with two burners, dinnerware, and basic cooking tools. Please note that there is no dishwasher or oven.

Beyond the kitchen, you'll find the inviting living room featuring vaulted ceilings, complete with a leather sofa, an oversized chair, a dedicated workspace, and a large TV.

The primary suite is situated off the living area and includes a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with beautiful tiling details and a large walk-in shower.

Guest access
Guests have separate and private access, only a few steps from a dedicated parking spot, with keyless entry.

Must be able to climb stairs as the apartment is on the second floor.
