If your permit number is missing or not visible, or if you haven’t received one yet, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist. Guests must park in designated guest parking areas or obtain a permit to avoid any towing fees.
✔ Trash Instructions: Please make sure all trash is placed in the appropriate receptacle in the kitchen. This includes any trash in the bathroom or living areas. Excessive trash left inside or outside the unit can incur additional fees of up to $60.
✔ No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including hookah, is strictly prohibited on the property. A $125 fee will be charged if smoking occurs.
✔ Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 4 people.
✔ Mail/Package Delivery: Direct deliveries to the property are discouraged. Use the local Amazon Hub Stations, PO Boxes, or UPS Mailboxes for mail needs.
✔ Food Delivery: Food deliveries are welcome.
