Groot mooi huis, slaapt 18 met comfort. Uitstekende aandacht voor detail en een prachtige achtertuin. Voor elk wat wils, serre met schommelstoel, vuurplaats en hangmat in openluchtoase, speelkamer met pokertafel en nog veel meer. Dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden in de stad en vele restaurants. 4 mijl van PNC muziek pavillon, 2 mijl van UNCC, 6 mijl van Charlotte Speedway, 7 mijl van Great Wolf Lodge, en 10 mijl van uptown. Perfect huis voor uw volgende verblijf in Charlotte.

Great home base

My family came down to NC and this was a great home base for us. Perfect location to be pretty close to every place we needed to go within Charlotte and concord. Host was very receptive and had great communication.

Best Home Hands Down!

Overall experience was great. I was able to have a sleepover for my daughters birthday one night and a celebration for my birthday the next day.! The House easily accommodated everyone and the privacy and ambiance of the back yard is freaking awesome. Would 10 out of 10 recommend and definitely have referred this place to others. Everyone couldn’t stop raging about how nice and huge the house was. Great time!

Tennis weekend

We had a group of 13 women and this house was great for all of us to stay together. Location was great, spaces were big enough for gathering and beds were good. I would not call the recliners in the game room a "bed" since it doesn't lay flat. Would be fine for a kid though. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. A great getaway weekend!

House was a great size, perfect for all the people we had. We didn’t have an opportunity to use the outdoor space, but it looked awesome. Location was perfect for what we needed and felt safely tucked away. Furnishing in the living room and dinning room were good, but bedrooms are very sparsely furnished. There were a few quality issues, like bath towels in falling apart and the master bedroom lamp not working. We also had an issue with some rooms smelling very strongly like cigarette smoke and finding a partially used cigarette in the living room. I did contact the host and they were very helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, it was a good stay, but if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, I would not recommend this property. Host was always very helpful and quick to respond to any concerns.

Nice, could be better

Property was nice with a good location for what we were in town for (NHRA Drag Races).The problem was the lack of linens and the fact that 4 of the bedrooms did not have TV's, the patio furniture was so so, there were cameras front and back like big brother was watching (didn't care for that). If you plan on cooking bring oven mitts and the tv's don't have cable, be prepared to log into your streaming services, says it sleeps 15 , but that's if your couples, not if your on a guys trip, luckily we didn't have that many , 15 must be counting 2 per bed. Overall with all being said we had a great time and it was a good home base for our long weekend.

We were in Charlotte for the race and our original accommodation fell through. I saw this house on VRBO but had some issues reserving. I reached out to Constance and she held the home for us and communicated with me until I could book. She really saved the day and my stress. The house was big enough and comfortable just needs a few updates. Just FYI the coffee maker is no longer a Keurig but a drip like Mr. Coffee and we weren't able to locate the hairdryer. Overall the stay and Constance were our rays of sunshine in a rainy weekend. Thanks!!

I Would Book Again

This house was nice. The location was quiet and check in was easy. The back yard was very creative with the girl, fire pit and swings. I would book again.

A great getaway!

Beautiful Retreat
