The CityLynx Streetcar runs directly in front of the building., and offers easy and convenient transportation to Uptown!
The ~1,000 sq. ft. apartment features a large living room, separate dining room, and a covered front porch. We own the whole building, which helps ensure a comfortable stay.
New 400 thread count linens, Egyptian cotton towels and a fully-equipped kitchen are included, as is high-speed wifi and in-unit washer and dryer.

The streetcar to Uptown is a 10 minute walk away. Uber/Lyft are also convenient options, and many bikeshare companies offer inexpensive bikes and scooters.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other reasons.
Pet Policy: We are a dog-friendly home! No other animals are allowed. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). NOTE: please follow the instructions in the reservation confirmation to register your dog. If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
Our Hawthorne Lane furnished apartments are located in the historic Elizabeth neighborhood, one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city, begun in 1891. Despite the age of the neighborhood, the area has a young and vibrant feeling, with lots of activities for the young and young-at-heart. Independence Park, with tree-lined paths, a rose garden, reflecting pond and tennis courts, is an intimate neighborhood park, built in 1905, just a couple of blocks away. Craftsman bungalows line the neighboring streets, and there are many restaurants within a 1/2 mile walk, along wide sidewalks through tree-canopied streets, including some of the best and most popular establishments in town, including Soul Gastro lounge.
The Elizabeth neighborhood is one of the oldest in the city, with many locally-owned restaurants and shops within an easy walk and beautiful, quiet Independence Park just a couple of blocks away.
