Hopefully this is the only review I'll ever be compelled to write. The idea of someone getting rest here is laughable. The establishment doesn't deserve a fraction of a star. What's wrong? Predominately bugs. I stepped on a roach so big it audibly squeaked. The room has got that funk aesthetic that comes with decades of unchecked depravity going down here. Wanna lay down? Tape your mouth closed and wear a poncho. Charlotte is such a nice city that the dirty, uninhabitable places have to exist. Guess what? You found it! Now get out of here because this place hands out disease like participation awards. Thanks to Hotels.com for remedying this, and God Bless those who dare tread here.

Good deal for what you pay. Not sure if I was supposed to ask but the cooking item was one small saucepan so def not making elegant meals. Maybe oatmeal lol Otherwise I had no complaints.

Room needs an upgrade. Shower had mold. Sink and shower had paint peeling off. The room smelled like mildew. Not quite at all. The sheets had cigarette burn holes.

Would not recommend to anyone.
There was no one there to give me access to my room. The office was closed and I was approached by the security guard. I had to find a hotel someone else. Horrible experience.

We checked in and went to the back for our room but due to the congestion of cars and people in the back lot, we put our stuff in the room and went to get something to eat. At dinner, we got a call that our niece was ill necessitating our return home. We went to the desk at 7:30 PM and checked out. The clerk said that we would have to pay for the one night but since we checked in through this website, any further remits was to be handled by them (you). I called the websit 3 time and was put on hold for a lengthy period and then disconnected. Will not do this again since there is no accountability or communication from Hotels.com. You have all of my info yet no communication!!! HELP!! I did not receive anything when I checked out as well!!

We we only there 2 nights so we really didn't get to see much of the property. The room was clean. Wished there was coffee in the room though. What I did't like was in the bathroom the toilet was so low. I am a senior citizen who has had knee surgery and found it difficult using the toilet.

Reasonably priced and convenient to the highway.
The room suited our needs. Seemed clean and was quiet. The common walkways around the stairwell could use a power washing.

This property was not as described on the website. Room was drab and not very clean. They charge $100 for security deposit and I haven’t seen it pending on my card yet. Other places put security deposit right back day you leave. I will have to call and try to take care of that. Hope it doesn’t involve a lot of time. We paid $40 to check in 2 hrs early. Reason we got room at this hotel was for the kitchenette. Stove top didn’t work so kitchen was useless for us. No balcony as advertised. Just walkway with metal fence sections that look like a balcony in the photos. For $30 more got a much nicer room at a different hotel the next night.

The only issue was the loud talking in the breezeway/hallway and the parking lot noise. But this is ALL from guests, not the hotel. These are things that happen when most of the guests are long term/actually live there.

The property charges an additional $100 deposit, even if you've already paid for your stay in full, and will not waive this deposit. That was not disclosed up front at all. Also, it seems this is a motel where people LIVE, as there were people hanging out in the walkways talking and drinking beer and going back and forth to each other's rooms. Some of their doors were open and you could see that they've moved into those motel rooms and live there full time. It was NOT a good stay at all.

It was the worst decision i made after a 12 hour drive.. it was dirty.. small as heck bed.. smelled awful and filled with suspious "activity"..and very thin walls

The price was good but the room doesn’t match what is shown on the website. I’m not sure what photo app they use to make their rooms look that good but it doesn’t match the actual room. They are so small and dingy, also had a weird smell kind of like there was moisture somewhere. Definitely not what i was expecting. Overall i would give it a 3/10. Wont be going back.
