Ik ben hier voor jou tijdens je verblijf, maar ons niveau van interactie is aan jou. Ik ben slechts een telefoontje / bericht verwijderd. Bij aankomst kunt u zelf inchecken.

Verscholen tussen NoDa en Plaza Midwood en enkele minuten van Uptown, is Villa Heights centraal gelegen ten opzichte van alles in Charlotte. Op een steenworp afstand van Amelie's French Bakery (open 24-7) waar u kunt genieten van een warme kop koffie en een heerlijk gebak terwijl u ontspant in een eclectische, Parijse sfeer.

Het huis ligt op loopafstand van vele brouwerijen, restaurants en muzieklocaties. NoDa Brewing Company, Free Range Brewery en Birdsong Brewery zijn in de hele stad bekend voor het maken van bekroonde brouwsels!

Zorg ervoor dat je NoDa bezoekt en een bezoek brengt aan The Neighborhood Theatre, Evening Muse, Jack Beagles en Roux die allemaal voorzien zijn van reguliere livemuziek.

Cabo Fish Taco, Growlers en de Crepe Celler zijn ook verplichte bezoeken voor echt vatbier en lekker eten!

Great place for an overnight stay

Super cute little getaway for the night as a stop in between camping locations. Communication could not have been better. Super easy to access when following the instructions provided. Really appreciated the washer/dryer access, coffee maker. Would recommend to others.

Quiet comfortable convenient

Loved this little tiny house. Had great amenities for such a little space: appreciated having the washer dryer so that I didn’t have to pack as many clothes.It was very clean when I arrived. Safe secure setting in a gated fenced yard with lots of trees and grass and birds to entertain my cat from the windowsill. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute little house

This little house was a perfect size for 2. Easy check in and instructions. I did appreciate being able to do a load of laundry. No extras-would have liked hooks or towel rods in the bathroom (not one and I hate draping my towels over furniture to dry), a hairdryer and blankets for cuddling on coach watching tv after exploring all day would have been nice (usually provided at all other vrbos I have stayed in). Only real problem was the constant gurgling of toilet , sinks and shower. The toilet kept getting clogged even with no toilet paper and the plunger was terrible. I sent two messages requesting someone come out but just an auto generated response that said they received the message. We had to leave in the morning to do “our business” at a coffee shop. Very inconvenient and gross.

Had an amazing stay at this property! The tiny house was perfect and conveniently located. The hosts were excellent communicators, and the property was clean and in a safe area.The only downside was that coffee wasn’t provided, despite being mentioned in the listing. I also would have appreciated an early check-in, though I understand it wasn’t available.Overall, still a great stay!

This was a perfect place for an overnight stay. It was quiet and comfortable. The directions seemed to be more complicated than it was. Because of the detailed instructions, the place was easy to find. Everything we needed was there and the property manager was very easy to communicate with.

Nice place and quiet, although the 'stove' is a small cooktop and if you're not driving, it's a 1/2 block on gravel to get to the tiny home. Not very convenient with a suite case.

Super cute!

This tiny house was super cute. The directions to the house and for check in were very detailed and easy to follow. The neighborhood was quiet and close to Optimist Hall, and lots of other good places to eat and shop. Definitely a great place to stay!

Adorable Little House in Convenient Location

The Tiny House was perfect for our needs. It is just as pictured: very clean and cute and it was super convenient to visit our son in Plaza Midwood. Great spot if you have a dog as we walked through Cordelia Park each morning to grab a coffee in NODA. I would definitely return again next time we come to Charlotte.:)
