Follow our rental terms and conditions



Complete ID and payment verification prior to check-in



Undergo a background check if requested by the building management



Understand that check-in instructions may be delayed until verification is complete



Acknowledge that repeated policy violations may result in removal from the property, with any related costs charged to you



Damage Waiver / Security Deposit

You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.



🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with advance notice and must meet the following conditions:



Fees:



1–7 Nights: $25/night per pet



8–29 Nights: $200 total per pet



30+ Nights: $300 total per pet



Maximum of 2 pets (cats or dogs only)



No weight limit, but the following breeds are restricted: Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf hybrids



Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee



🔊 Noise Monitoring

Noise monitors are installed to measure decibel levels—these do not record conversations. Tampering with these devices will result in a fee.



📹 Security

Security cameras are located in building hallways for your safety and that of other residents.
