    Welcome to Carolina Cove! Time to get away and relax with your friends and family at this single level, 4 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms with a brand new (finished March 2026) seasonally heated pool/spa!

    As you enter the front door, first thing you'll see is beautiful Lake Norman through a set of large, lakeside windows. The attention to detail of this updated, open concept, modern feeling home is amazing!

    Head outside and take a dip in the brand-new heated pool (heated to 81 between April 15th and October 15th annually, and spa (available year round))..... you'll love the flat lawn - perfect for playing outdoor games.

    Ready to head out on the water? Take one of the four kayaks provided - 2 adult and 2 youth.....or pull up your boat and park it at the private dock or rent a pontoon through us! At night, you'll love the lakeside firepit - ideal spot for s'mores and fireside discussion!

    The location of this property is ideal as you'll have that quiet, residential feel while being less than 10 minutes to the heart of Mooresville restaurants, breweries, shopping and entertainment!

    Interested in adding a pontoon boat rental to your stay? Contact us for additional details as our partner will deliver the boat to the property and pick-it up when your boat reservation has been completed - super convenient! Multiple full day rental required for this rental option.

Beautiful view of the lake and the house had everything we needed. Host was able to adjust our dates when we had a last minute emergency. They were very accommodating.

Loved it, perfect views. Clean and I loved the special touches. Would love to stay again, but longer. Brother came from California and loved his restful and peaceful stay.

This was a great place to stay. 5 minutes from majors stores but yet still really quite and cozy. Fishing was good of the dock and swimming was awesome. The lake was that busy so it was easy to do boating things.

Our stay was so wonderful, the property was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well stocked. We enjoyed inside and outdoors. This was the best experience ever. I will definitely be back and also refer others.

Nice floor plan and backyard space plus a very convenient location. Loved the open space. This was a great place for a group of 4 golfersHall bathroom was not conveniently located to the bedrooms. This was the only negative.

Great property on the lake! Amenities for an infant, and plenty of towels, couldn’t find sheets for pullout couch though? Would definitely recommend for a family getaway!

Lovely Waterfront Home

This home was perfect for my family. We were able to swim and fish right from the backyard. The mattresses were perfect! The house was very clean and the sunsets from the porch were so beautiful.

Great Family Getaway

This was Great place to stay with young children & other Family members. We had plenty of room for everyone. There was an issue with the coffee pot, the property manager responded & replaced it during our stay. Look forward to booking again.

Awesome lake front visit!

The property is beautiful with a wide open yard and beach. The dock was great for our pontoon and the updated house had plenty of space for our family. I loved that we were far enough off the main channel to avoid the boat traffic but the water was still pretty deep. The kayaks were a hit and we made good use of the s’mores supplies in the welcome basket. Thank you!

Great Site for Attendance for Local Family Wedding

The house and grounds were beautiful and looked as noted in pictures. The deck on back of the home along with beach/lake was a big hit with my young nieces and provided a nice break between our wedding activities. We really appreciated all of the amenities that were provided.The house manager was gracious and responded promptly as needed.We all agreed we would come back again!

We really liked and enjoyed the property:- The front porch- The back pool and patio with a hot tub was amazing- The fenced-in backyard- The dock with a boathouse was nice- The beach, although it was rather grown up, was somewhat enjoyable for my three-and-a-half-year-old granddaughter The house was single-level, which was nice, easy, and accessible. The outdoor grill was nice but could be updated. The indoor cooking (the stove) was nice. The island was big, and the kitchen was nice with bars. The only drawback was that there's no exhaust fan for cooking. We had to open the windows and utilize a store-bought fan.Also, on our last day, the coffee machine quit working, which was a pain. The communication with the owners wasn't great. They didn't bring us a new one. The view of the lake was nice. It was not on the main part of the lake, but it was on a finger that allowed for deep waters to swim in off the deck dock. The large, huge oak trees out front created a nice shady area in the morning. The tree in the backyard was nice, which provided shade until mid-morning. I we really enjoyed the fire pit as well. The place only had two bathrooms, which was not horrible. We made it work, but three bedrooms definitely would have been better. Like I said, having an exhaust fan in the kitchen would have been, I would say, almost something that needs to be added. We enjoyed the kayaks and the ability to use them. Also, the cornhole was a great family time game activity.

Quick Trip

The property was beautiful. Took a short weekend trip with other adult family members and this house was great. I would suggest adding a Keurig coffee maker and black out curtains in the master suite. While the view of the lake through all the windows is awesome. the sunlight early in the morning makes sleeping in difficult. Thanks!

Perfect get awayvspot for our family! We had ages 1-75 in our group and everyone enjoyed our stay. The outside was perfect for the little ones... beautiful yard with a nice walk in to the lake - versus some that have the drop offs and in a lovely cove. The private dock was an added bonus as we had friends in thei area that were able to bring some jet skis over. Took full advantage of the kayaks that were provided, the corn hole and the fire pit to make some smores. The inside was clean and with a well equipped kitchen. The soaker tub in the master was beautiful.. appreciated the many night lights to help guide your way when you are unfamiliar with a place at night :) The little touches of the welcome basket (smores kit, snacks, wine) and my name of the googke home welcoming us were noticed and appreciated! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect family gathering spot for adults!

Everyone in our family was over the age of 40 and we thoroughly enjoyed the home! It was absolutely lovely! Our elder parents had no issues getting around the home with the zero entry entrance and the easy access showers. I might suggest a few grab bars in one or both bathrooms and advertise the home as handicap accessible/friendly. The kitchen was challenging to cook a full meal in as the pots, pans, etc are very limited. The boat dock is really needing some love as well, but overall we loved our time in the home!

Amazing property

I booked this home to accommodate all my family while visiting North Carolina. We had the best time! And even extended our stay by a day. The community was beautiful, the neighbors were so sweet. There was enough room for all of us to enjoy comfortably, all the amenities available inside the home were great. I was contacted during our drive in from Louisiana asking for arrival times so the lights would be turned on if it was going to be after dark. My teen grandkids loved the kayaks that were available for use and they fished their little hearts out from the dock. We swam and relaxed by the fire pit and made s’mores. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting a stay right on Lake Norman to check out this property.
