Please note the check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, must climb stairs to reach the unit. Parking is available free of charge on-site. Please be aware that there is no smoking allowed in the apartment. We kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering. For the comfort of future guests, please refrain from cooking seafood during your stay. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment for everyone. Please also note that the property is not suitable for children or infants, and events and parties are not permitted. Additional guests beyond those in the reservation are also not allowed.
