Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Colleen. Being a historical hotel our hotel does have a few quirks. Our fifth floor was originally staff quarters when our hotel was built in 1931. Because of this the elevator doesn't reach the fifth floor. We do have it in our listing but have shared your feedback with our team. We hope you were still able to enjoy your stay.
