'Comfortable bed'

'The hotel was beautiful, our room was modern, very clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were SO comfortable, coupled with the fact that it seemed our room was sound-proof, lol...we slept incredibly well. We didn't hear any noise at all. It was wonderful! There is plenty to do around it and we walked to dinner, which was nice. Parking was also very easy and reasonably priced. Our check-in was the only thing that didn't go smoothly due to a language barrier, but everything else made up for that. I...

'Room was clean, towels looked new. Staff we interacted with were great. Parking with valet was a little challenging as front was full, and check-in a floor up was inconvenient. But, the price is great and location great.'

'Decent price for the stay. Centrally located. The water takes FOREVER to get hot, but does eventually get hot. Our room keys stopped working on day two of our stay?? So we went down to the front desk and the gentleman working the desk said nothing?? And just fixed them and handed them back? So thanks for fixing them but some sort of explanation wouldve been nice or assurance this wouldnt happen again since desk hours arent 24 hours and BOTH room keys were disabled? But fixed nonetheless. Room...

'Room fine. Bed good. Had much better breakfasts in Super 8s at a fraction of the cost. Breakfast was at a Ststbucks expensive with an egg croissant that had the consistency of rubber.'
