'Excellent séjour au Pulka. Le personnel était adorable, la chambre confortable avec une belle vue sur la montagne, un chauffage facile à régler. On a pu profiter de la piscine, du sauna et du hamam après la journée de ski. C'était vraiment appréciable! Je ne peux pas commenter les repas. On ne les a pas pris sur place mais le petit déjeuner était correct et très varié, même si les oeufs brouillés et les patisseries industrielles n'étaient pas exceptionnels. Mais c'était agréable avant daller...

'The property itself is a little dated but the staff were fantastic. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed and friendly.

'Op motorreis in de Franse Alpen, verbleven wij in het St George hotel in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. Uitstekende ligging, temidden van alle grote cols. Motoren stonden binnen en achter een gesloten hek. Moeder en zoon runnen het hotel. Zeer gastvrij, belangstellend en behulpzaam. Zeer schoon. Koffie/thee op de kamer. Uitstekende bedden. 'La localisation dans la station est assez pratique avec l'ascenseur panoramique, par contre les services fournis ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qui m'avait été dit au téléphone, pas d'accès aux activités de la station (remontées mécaniques, piscine, etc...) si le séjour ne dure pas une semaine, grosse déception, d'autant plus que le week-end il n'y a pas de remontées mécaniques, ni d'activités particulières..... "Everything was good. There are 4 bedrooms and a living room (in a separate room) with a sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with bathtub) and 2 separate toilets. Need to pay extra for cleaning (or clean yourself) and for blankets & towels (or bring yourself), as well as a deposit. Nice view of the mountains. It's 10 min walking from the city centre."

"Very nice chalet with plenty of room.Very well equipped, also with the items not usually available like extension cords, fondue and gourmet sets and plenty of pots and pans.Three minute walk to the supermarket, 10 minute walk to the ski lifts. We could leave our skis and shoes at the intersport ski rental shop next to the ski lift, even those in the party that did not rent anything so very convenient.Valloire itself is not very exciting but the ski area is nice."
