'A beautiful Chateau with beautiful rooms overlooking the vineyard. The people are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed an informative tour with wine tasting, highly recommended even if you are not staying here. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Furthermore, as a guest you can use the facilities in the kitchen and living room all day long or enjoy it outside on the terrace by the vineyard. Discovering the area by bike is great fun. Many good restaurants within cycling distance.'

'Unfortunately the experience in the room is poor as we stayed on two nights of unseasonally hot days of mid 30s. Our room faces west and there was no air conditoning. Thebhotels effort to put ina portable air con did not help and was way too noisy. The rest of the property ia great. Recommendation - do request no west facing room. '

'Matthias and Emilie were very gracious hosts. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Their beautiful animals were immediately our friends. We decided to have their dinner and it was amazing as was the breakfast. A bonus was we met another couple that stayed the night and became good friends with them as well. 'Truly phenomenal. Had a surprise complementary wine tasting and they also supplied dinner, which consistent of very high quality meats, cheeses, bread and some of the best tomatoes I've ever had. All complemented by the wines of their own vineyard. There were 2 other couples there and we all had dinner at the same table (this is optional of course but we all shared the tasting and thought it would be fun to share dinner) and it was very fun. Stayed up late having wine together. No downsides....
