Thank you for your review. I am glad you enjoyed our lovely cosy areas. We are working through a number of refurbishments and redecorating various areas. We have not had a lack of staff in recent history so this was a little confusing. We will raise this point with the appropriate department and will make sure we try to improve this. Thank you for your review. I am very shocked that you did not find the breakfast to your liking we always have great reviews and feedback and comments regarding the breakfast. Certainly have never had it called inedible. I will look into if anything was different that day. The juices I can guarantee are not from concentrate they are actually cold pressed. Kind Regards
