Uitzicht op Claflin Landing Beach, Chatham Harbor, North Beach & de Atlantische Oceaan! Loop naar alles van dit typische huis in cape-stijl. Loop twee blokken naar het westen en je bent in het centrum van de stad op Main Street aan de Mayflower en de Chatham Squire! Winkel naar hartelust, geniet van een maaltijd in een van de vele restaurants in de stad of pak een ijshoorntje en loop terug naar uw zomervakantie!

Woning kan 6-8 slapen. Eerste verdieping master suite met eigen badkamer en een queensize bed. Tweede verdieping met twee extra slaapkamers en een complete badkamer. Een met een queensize bed, de andere met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Woonkamer biedt ook een full-size slaper.

Buitendouche, dek uit de keuken en zonnekap met terras tafel en grote Weber gas grill.

Alle meubels, meubels, tapijten, kussens, benodigdheden en accessoires worden onderhouden en indien nodig vervangen om ervoor te zorgen dat het huis en alle voorzieningen voldoen aan de verwachtingen van onze gasten en deze overtreffen. We zijn trots op deze speciale plek en delen deze graag met onze vele terugkerende gasten alsof ze onze eigen familie zijn. Ons huis is professioneel schoongemaakt tussen de gasten. Word lid van onze uitgebreide familie en maak uw eigen familieherinneringen in ons White Foam zomerhuis! We werken er hard aan om ervoor te zorgen dat het in een nette staat verkeert als ons primaire huis met de netheid en het comfort dat u mag verwachten.

Speciale opmerking: op 28 december 2018 heeft de staat Massachusetts nieuwe belastingwetgeving aangenomen die van invloed is op vakantieverhuur van 90 dagen of minder. Alle reserveringen voor een verblijf vanaf 1 juli 2019 zijn onderworpen aan 12. 45% staats- en lokale bezettingsbelasting. Deze belastingen worden weerspiegeld in de huurovereenkomst die u ontvangt na ontvangst van uw eerste reserveringsaanvraag. Perfect Stay

We had a spectacular time at the White Foam house. The house itself is beautiful, clean, well appointed and charming. A wonderful place to relax and unwind between the comfortable rooms and beds to the gorgeous yard, deck and fire pit. We loved being a short want to the beach, town and fish market to see the seals. Great long weekend spot!

The White Foam House was an awesome spot for a long weekend where we had an event at CBI. It’s easy to walk to town and to the inn and we especially loved that it was dog friendly! Property was clean and well maintained. remember to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc.

Perfect family vacation!

This was our first family vacation since Covid so a lot was riding on its success. The house was everything we could’ve asked for and made for the perfect family vacation! It was comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated, plenty spacious enough for 7 (4 adults, 2 kids, baby), and perfectly located next to the beach, Main Street, and the venues we attended for a wedding. The owners were responsive throughout the booking process, leading up to the stay, and during. We had an amazing time in Chatham and we hope to back next year!

Beautiful location

This home is beautiful, clean, cozy, and located a few hundred feet from the water. Day trip to Provincetown was lots of fun, the Cape Cod seashore was incredible. We got lucky and had perfect weather every day. Main Street is a short walk from the property, I got lost in a book shop and found some great new books. Perfect getaway, so relaxing!

We were so happy with our stay at this house. Edward was a pleasure to work with during the entire process and the house is just beautiful. You cannot beat the location - walkable to the Chatham main street for restaurants and shopping, while also a 2-minute walk to the water. Just what we needed!

Ed and Kathy’s home was the perfect get away. Location was amazing we walked up to Main Street to grab coffee and shop, we were steps away from the beach. White Foam, Hands Down

Fantastic from beginning to end! The house was even better than we’d anticipated and was a great pleasure to stay in. It’s so comfortable and the kitchen was fun to cook in. The yard is perfect for relaxing and lawn games and the location with a view of the ocean is spectacular. Easy walk/bike ride to Main Street. We had great communication right away and highly recommend - we’ll be back here for certain!

Wonder school vacation getaway!

We just ended a wonderful trip to Chatham. The house is beautiful, clean and in a great location. My two kids - ages 3&2, were easily able to walk to both the beach and town, one of the huge pluses of the house. I’ve already inquired about a return visit!

Easter By The Sea

After a long winter we spent a lovely 3 days in Chatham at the White Foam House. We celebrated Easter and my mothers birthday with a small group of family. From start to finish the experience was everything I hoped for. Warm, welcoming hosts. Easy check-in/ check-out. Beautiful, immaculately clean home in the perfect location. Eagerly waiting to visit again!

Fantastic Property

Our stay in Chatham was far too short. The house was absolutely lovely and I think the cleanest vacation property we have every stayed in. Stepping into the kitchen, I knew we had picked the right house! The location is perfect, with a view of the water and a short walk to Main Street in Chatham. I wish we had thought to bring our golf clubs as the course is right across the street from the house. Ed was great and we really appreciated him checking in with us to make sure everything was ok. We are looking forward to returning when the weather is warmer!

One of our best stays. The house is in an incredible location, 2 mins walk to beach, 5 min walk to downtown Chatham. The house is super clean, everything works and is beautiful. My family with two young children were sad to leave!

Beautiful property! For families with little kids:

We had a wonderful stay, I can't say enough great things about the house, location, and overall experience!! It was a perfect weekend getaway/change of scenery during covid even though we knew the weather would still be cold. The house is 1.5 blocks from the sand so it was easy for my 2 and 4 yr old to walk there, even with their beach toys. And the center of town (and candy shop, yum) is less than a mile away so my 4 yr old could easily follow us walking there on his scooter. There is not a sidewalk but the road had very few cars (on a cold spring weekend, may be busier in the summer). The kids were also able to handle a walk on the sand all the way to the Chatham fish pier and back so that was great! The beach was full of shells, rocks, little crabs, and stuff to keep them occupied for hours :) The house was great for kids and there is a pack and play and some kid gates which really saved the day!! The "kids" room was perfect for them. And the upstairs bathtub was SO fun for them! very deep so kept their splashing was contained and I could easily "hose" them off with the moveable shower handle. I suggest bringing a suction-cup slip mat. The home is beautifully decorated with some gorgeous but breakable pieces, so I moved those out of reach of the kids. The deck and backyard were also great spaces for them to run around safely while we could keep an eye out. and the house had all the comforts of home, plus some cool extras like a heat vent in the bathroom :) the owners were easy to communicate with and everything was very stress-free and straightforward. It was a cold spring weekend so I can't comment on the air conditioning, outdoor grill, etc, but the heat system was easy to use, and worked perfectly, and the kitchen and bathrooms were exactly as described, squeaky clean, had everything we needed, and were beautiful. And the retro kitchen is so cool! We had an absolutely wonderful time and can't wait to come back in the summertime :)

Wonderful escape from pandemic reality!

We are all remote so decided to at least get a change of scenery by going to the cape to do work and schooling. This property exceeded our expectations and was a wonderful getaway. The house is just a block from the ocean, so we were able to walk to a small beach every day. Beautiful even when cold and windy! And also just a short stroll into the charming downtown of Chatham. The house was warm and cozy, beds soft and comfortable, and everything spotlessly clean. Also, the kitchen was well equipped. While we did a lot of take-out, we also cooked a few dinners and had everything we needed. Our one concern was wifi connection with four of us on at once, but we never had a connection issue. Thank you for a great trip!

Absolutely Fantastic!

We have been coming to Cape Cod for over 30 years. We planned a long weekend over Thanksgiving to visit our daughter who is working on the Cape. White Foam House in Chatham is a gem! So beautifully decorated, kitchen was fully stocked to cook a complete Thanksgiving meal, location is fantastic, and it was a treat to be on the Cape during this time of year. We loved our stay and felt so very welcomed from the time we signed our contract through the check-out process. Thank you for providing such a beautiful home for us to create family memories!
