'I was in town for a wedding and needed some clothing shipped ahead to the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, coordinating the deliveries with me so that the packages were already in my room upon arrival! Unfortunately, the postal carrier marked a few items as "delivered" when they actually hadn't arrived yet. 'Very disappointed with this hotel. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. The walls are paper thin — you can hear literally everything from your neighbors, so there’s constant noise. Rooms on the pool side also suffer from a loud whistling wind noise. There’s a space under the door so light and noise from hallway enters the room.
