'This was such a beautiful property! Everyone was so kind and helpful'

'Very disappointed with this hotel. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. The walls are paper thin — you can hear literally everything from your neighbors, so there’s constant noise. Rooms on the pool side also suffer from a loud whistling wind noise. There’s a space under the door so light and noise from hallway enters the room. The beds are completely worn out — you sink into a hole and wake up with back pain. The elevators are extremely slow. Housekeeping was poor: the bed wasn’t even made (pic), just...

'Nice location, some interesting sites to see right on the property. We didn't care for the restaurant that is attached to the hotel, but the prices were high and there weren't many food or drink options on the menu. There are a few other bars/restaurants close by so don't bother eating there.'
