'I love this place … but the free beverage that comes with the booking is water … I opened fridge and the boxed water was already opened an half full. It’s little details like this that can ruin the whole stay… drinking after someone else . Thank god it wasn’t laced with something. My friend thought I had drank out of it . Very strong lingering dog smell. And trust me, I love a dog friendly hotel. That’s a wonderful amenity. But the room smell was too much. '

'Very disappointed with this hotel. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. The walls are paper thin — you can hear literally everything from your neighbors, so there’s constant noise. Rooms on the pool side also suffer from a loud whistling wind noise. There’s a space under the door so light and noise from hallway enters the room. The beds are completely worn out — you sink into a hole and wake up with back pain. The elevators are extremely slow. Housekeeping was poor: the bed wasn’t even made (pic), just...
