'Love the cleanliness and unique design/decor. The location is amazing as well. We wished the indoor pool was heated as it was pretty cold and I think adding lawn chairs to sunbathe in the outdoor garden area off the indoor pool would be the way to go.'

'We had a one bedroom suite with plenty of room and I especially appreciated the clean scent as if the floors were just mopped with Fabuloso or Pinesol instead of the usual hotel scent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only opportunity is valet parking. We had to wait entirely too long and not because the young men weren't working. They were running. The system just doesn't flow well. That said, I liked the property and our room. I would stay here again.'

'I loved the way they renovated the rooms but still kept the history in the building. It was raining when we went but we managed to hang out at the pool for a couple hours in the sunshine and it was amazing! The only thing that caught me off guard is that I wasn't verbally reminded of the parking fees so when they invoiced me for two days of parking after my stay it was a bit of a shock, but I guess that was my fault too. The rooms are super quiet and it's in the heart of downtown which I loved!...

'Very disappointed with this hotel. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. The walls are paper thin — you can hear literally everything from your neighbors, so there’s constant noise. Rooms on the pool side also suffer from a loud whistling wind noise. There’s a space under the door so light and noise from hallway enters the room. The beds are completely worn out — you sink into a hole and wake up with back pain. The elevators are extremely slow. Housekeeping was poor: the bed wasn’t even made (pic), just...

'I told a used pad wrapper in the room on the floor, the power went out outside where we valet park and it was pitch black and scary, and our tv didn’t work. For $194 a night, it wasn’t worth it AT ALL'

'We stayed on the 10th floor. Everything was excellent except the noise level from the streets below. No fault of the hotel or staff themselves but quite noisy. Of course it also was a holiday weekend. The staff was awesome and clean rooms with tidying up daily. Everyone was always friendly. The valets were always friendly but when we picked up our vehicle the last day, it was evident that the controls were messed with in the vehicle and that was not necessary. 'Just not the best experience overall. The staff was very nice but during my stay the chicken drumstick bones were in front of the lobby doors and I saw staff walking in and out of those same doors. The chicken bones were there throughout my entire stay. My room was ok but when I walked in it was 83 degrees on one of the hotter days in July. The gym was dirty. Overall…I will just book somewhere else next time'
