'1. The property is descent and clean. Vinod’s response to your messages are pretty good. 2. There are only two AC units in each of the upstairs bedroom. One of the AC was NOT WORKING and was not repaired during our stay of 2 nights. This is inconsistent with what was not on the description. All 5 adults had to sleep in one bedroom. The owner refunded 30.3. During summer it is unbearable to stay in this property. Do not stay unless the owner repairs the bedroom AC and installs a new AC...

'This is a great place to stay! Had a fantastic stay at Belljem, where it felt like our home away from home. Right from booking, Mr Benny and the caretaker Mr Jose, were so friendly and open in communicating about our upcoming stay. Mr Benny is always available online for queries and Mr Jose took care of us like family! Highly recommend staying here, as it is in the spirtual center of Kerala. The location is a little away from center of Thrissur, but Mr Jose helped arrange transportation whenever...
