Our tiny home is equipped with a kitchenette. We do not have a traditional stove but have some great tiny home amenities for preparing meals alongside our outdoor charcoal grill. (Charcoal not provided).

Both bedrooms here come with brand-spankin'-new queen beds, complete with bedside buddies (tables, touch lamps, usb ports, and ceiling fans), and the darkest of shades for a cozy slumber. Sofa also turns into a bed.

Now, here's the scoop: our place has an aerobic septic system, so keep it simple – flush only toilet paper and human goods down the drain. Bigfoot approved!

We are located on Old Lake Eufaula road giving you easy access to I-40 or Hwy69.

You will have your own 2 bedroom 1 bathroom log cabin home and access to the 1 acre property plus a private hot tub, BBQ, fire-pit.

Shared spaces are only the outdoor games, cowboy pool, and storm shelter.
Other things to note
The home is located outside the state park- so we have wildlife. Have professional pest control. Coyotes can often be heard at night or even cross the property along with deer, armadillos, and other creatures. Please do not feed or harass any wildlife.

Check-in:
This property operates on a self-check-in system. By proceeding with this booking, you certify that you are fully capable and willing to follow the self-check-in instructions provided by the booking platform. To ensure a smooth check-in process, we highly recommend arriving and checking in before 10 pm, allowing any necessary assistance to be readily available should you need help accessing the property.
Prep for Departure:
Checkout Time: Checkout is strictly by 11 am on your departure day. An additional fee of $50 plus $1 per minute will be applied for late checkouts without prior arrangement. If you require a late checkout, please discuss this with your host in advance. While we may accommodate late checkouts depending on our cleaning schedule, please be aware that a surcharge may apply and such requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled checkout time.
Trash Disposal: All trash must be placed in bags and disposed of in the designated bins or trash area provided. Any excessive trash left at the property will incur additional charges.
Linens: Please remove linens from beds that have been used and leave them in a pile on the floor for our cleaning crew. This greatly assists with the turnover process. Beds that have not been used should be left as is.
Dishes: If applicable, please load the dishwasher with any used dishes and start the washing cycle before departure. Dishwasher pods are located under the sink for your convenience. If no dishwasher is available pelase wash dishes and leave to dry.
Cleanliness: It is expected that you leave the property in a similar state of cleanliness to how you found it upon arrival. Additional cleaning charges starting at $75 will be deducted from your security deposit or claimed through the booking platform for accommodations left in an excessively untidy state. This includes, but is not limited to, unwashed dishes, pet urine, stains or excessive hair on furniture or carpeting, cigarette butts on the property, stained linens or furniture, rearranged furniture, trash not disposed of in receptacles, debris in hot tub or pool, etc.
Securing the Property: Ensure all windows and doors are shut and securely locked upon your departure to safeguard the property.
Service Animals: Guests traveling with service animals are required to pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste from the yard before departure.
Parking Rules: Adherence to parking rules is mandatory. Parking in yards, blocking driveways of neighboring houses, or parking at neighboring churches is strictly prohibited. Driving on the property's lawn is also forbidden, as it can damage underground plumbing and Wi-Fi lines, leading to unnecessary complications. Violations will result in charges for line inspections and towing at the guest's expense, in addition to adhering to local parking regulations.


Security, Tech & Privacy:
Our property is equipped with security cameras located in external areas only, to monitor the property's exterior for insurance and liability purposes. These cameras are not intended to infringe on guests' privacy but to ensure the safety and security of both the property and its occupants. We respect your privacy and assure you that the interior of the rental is camera-free.
Activities Not Permitted:
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any substance, including tobacco and weed, inside or near the property is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking, such as cigarette butts, smoke odor, or burns, will result in an automatic fee being charged for cleanup and deodorization.
Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities, including but not limited to hiring companions of the night, possession or use of illegal drugs, and underage drinking, is strictly forbidden. Any evidence of such activities will lead to immediate action, including additional fees and possible involvement of authorities.
No Professional Photography or Filming: The property cannot be used for professional photography or filming without prior authorization. Unauthorized commercial use of the property will incur a minimum fee of $500.
Furniture Policy:
(Not) Moving Furniture: Please do not move the furniture from its original position. Some items are secured to the wall for safety reasons, others may damage the flooring if moved, and some are too delicate or heavy for relocation. Our housekeeping team is not equipped to rearrange furniture, and a fee starting at $175 will be charged for moving any furniture back to its original place. This fee may increase if additional labor is required to restore the setup.
Pet Policy:
Pet-Friendly vs. Not Pet Friendly: Not all of our properties are pet-friendly. Bringing a pet into a non-pet-friendly home, or without prior authorization, will incur a fee of $500 plus any costs for damages or additional cleaning required. For guests staying in pet-friendly homes, it is mandatory to clean up after your pets in the yard immediately. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.
Fees & Responsibilities
Forgotten Items:We understand that occasionally items can be left behind. We offer to ship forgotten items via FedEx Ground at your expense, plus a handling fee of $55.00. However, please note that we are not responsible or liable for any personal belongings left behind in the home.
Rule Violations and Damage:If guests fail to adhere to check-out instructions, the no-smoking policy, pet regulations, or cause damage that requires repair, leading to refunds or discounts for subsequent guests, the responsible guest will be charged for those losses. Specific fee amounts are listed in the relevant sections above.
Late Check-Outs:A fee of $50 plus $1/minute will be applied for unexpected late checkouts. We encourage guests to communicate with their host if a late checkout is needed.
Residual Odors:Guests are cautioned against bringing in odors from cigarettes, cigars, vapes, or weed, as textiles can absorb these smells, requiring third-party odor remediation. A standard fee of $500 will be charged for any necessary remediation.
Additional Guests:All guests, including children and daytime visitors, must be accounted for in your reservation. A small nightly fee may apply for more than 6 people. The property cannot accommodate more than 4 additional guests over the reservation amount at any time; violations will result in guest removal without refund. An unexpected overnight guest fee of $50/guest per night will be charged for unreported extra guests.
Reservation of Rights:We aim for our guests to enjoy their stay safely and respectfully. We reserve the right to remind guests of house rules and, if necessary, direct them to exit outdoor areas.
Damage & House Rule Violations:While we trust our guests to respect our property, we must caution that any violation of house rules (unauthorized guests, smoking, fraudulent reporting, etc.) will incur a $500 fine per violation and may lead to immediate reservation cancellation without refund.
