'Our family just lived this sweet Victorian house. The little hidden treasures are in the decor, for sure! Of course our teens (and those who felt like teens, but regretted the next morning) loved the game room. The kitchen/dining area have the open concept with the living room so making dinner doesn't mean leaving the family. I love that.'

'The listing stated that there was 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 full We had 3 couples with us and this listing of the sleeping arrangements were inaccurate. There was a king, a full, and 3 twin beds. This made for sleeping extremely difficult. Had we known the accurate sleeping arrangements, we would have made different accommodations. The house itself was clean and beautiful, it just did not accommodate for the size of our party.'

'I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay.'

'The house was very nice considering the age and neighboring properties. Bring your own hair dryer, as the one provided looks like it could be a fire hazzard. Stereo and DVD players are broken so, if that's important to you, bring your own. We were glad to have off street parking. This was a great asset during our stay since we walked everywhere and never needed to move our car off the street.'

'We enjoyed our stay at the property. The owner, Lori, was prompt with our questions. We love the Falls on the US side more than the Canada side. We gave a 4 stars for the location because of the location itself 😃 The town was poor of activities. Many small shops and restaurants were out of business 🙁 We felt a bit unsafe to walk around the town. '15 mins after entering the property received complaints from owner. Tried to add rules and stipulations after receiving my money and contract was already signed, and made me feel like there was a violation of my privacy and rights, as well as racial profiling. Sent messages to me at inappropriate hours up to 2 am. Will not book again as I was very uncomfortable with treatment during the stay.'
