Property features an outdoor salt-water pool (fully fenced), open from April to October. Home has an open floor plan with a panoramic view of Lake Chelan and the surrounding mountains and a newly-renovated deck for entertaining. Living area has plush, mid-century furniture, a record player, and cozy chairs, which surround the fireplace for relaxing in the evening after a day on the lake or wine tasting. Kitchen has everything you need for dining in. All brand new cookware, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and other appliances to make you feel at home. Dining area has a four-person dining table and an additional pub table with two bar stools. Sliding doors go out patio and deck with two lawn chairs and a tree swing.

Two desks and extra screens with high-speed WiFi make this home an ideal location for remote work environment. Exercise bench and adjustable dumbbells also available.

Home is four blocks from Lakeside Park, a 10 minute walk to Slidewaters park, and 20 minute walk to downtown Chelan. Just walk a couple of blocks down the hill to Sigillo Cellars in the historic Lakeside School House for a glass of wine, apps, and live music.
