After falling in love with the Lookout, our family decided to bring to life our version of a home-away-from-home here, and we are delighted to share it with others! We welcome you to make yourself and your friends/family at home at Dock Holiday - a cozy and classic, yet chic, rental home located right near the lower pool and within easy walking distance to the community park/wedding venue overlooking the lake, the upper pool and park/pickleball courts, and lake/marina access. Vin Du Lac winery and the lower community park with its accompanying playground are just steps away. We love our location in the Lookout and know others will also find it convenient!

Enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch with an early sunrise – our space heaters will keep you warm in cooler temps, and our dual-fan system will create a breeze on warmer days. Inside you will find a layout designed to make you feel immediately at home. Our comfortable living room features a large wrap-around sectional sofa to maximize lounging with a gas fireplace and mantle. The kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances, stunning quartz countertops, and all the cooking tools you might need, including a Breville espresso machine. The master bedroom is thoughtfully designed on the main floor and features a luxurious private bathroom with peaceful and relaxing decor details. A downstairs half bathroom is tucked away near an easy-to-access mud/laundry room.

The upper level of our home comfortably sleeps seven across three bedrooms. The guest room is elegantly furnished with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. The bunk room offers a lower queen-size bed with a twin XL mattress above and links via a shared bathroom to the flex room, which features a large sectional queen-size pull-out mattress. Don't miss the "Easter Egg" in the bunk room - a small play closet for littles that offers toys, games, and more. TVs are available in each room throughout the home, with gaming systems (Xbox, PS5, and Nintendo Switch) both upstairs and downstairs. Enjoy dining and grilling in the back patio area of the home, with high rock walls providing comfortable privacy and shaded space, with a gas BBQ for outdoor grilling. Outdoor speakers allow you to enjoy your favorite music through the easy-to-use audio system.

The carriage house (the Huckleberry Inn) in the back of the home is designed to offer additional sleeping capacity in a more private environment. Its spacious layout features a queen-size mattress, comfortable seating, a kitchenette, a small dining area, and a private bathroom. Bright sunlight pours through the room, providing quiet privacy for anyone in your group that may benefit from their own space during their stay.

We've placed a ping pong table in the garage below the carriage house. Inside the garage, you will also find our Tesla charger for your use should you need it. Also, feel free to use the bike rack up in the gravel parking area, which stores up to four bikes. Sorry, we are not a pet-friendly rental house. We also ask that you do not smoke in our home.
