'Good comfortable place with large size rooms. The property is located in the midst of very beautiful natural surroundings.'

'Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was noisy at the time of my stay due to other guests speaking loudly and opening and closing doors late at night and early morning. Before me needing to ask, the staff moved me to a quiet room. The breakfast was good. A decent coffee machine would have made the experience nicer. The hotel represents excellent value for money. It is around 10 minutes or so from Paro and 20 mins to airport.'

'Most staff are teenager and young adult sillyhearts. They have no initiative. This property does not provide tour guides nor get you connected with one. Constant bathroom leaks and backfiring showerhead during my stay. Water flying all over the bathroom at any time! The take hours to reply by Whatsapp or room phone. You will not get your food for at least an hour. Literally caught staff hanging up the staff phone and dancing for social media. There's nothing around this property. Would be better...

'Clean Room and amazing staff'

'Central in Paro.Paro is smaller than Thimbu and acording my oppinion more worth visiting. Depending of time of visit you may need varm clouth because nighttime it can be below 0 degrees celsius. It is amzing there still is a people not destroid by civilisation.They are genuin friendly and you will not see "white trash" in Bhutan.The fee 100 USD per night is used for free school and healthcare for the local people. 'We spent two sleepless nights because of the terrible noise. First night they had a big group of guests that arrived at 10.00 pm and they were screaming around until midnight. The next night the same big group left at 4.00 am and they were running and screaming around the camp for more than one hour. We asked for silence but nobody cared about! When finally the rude guests left the staff started to clean the tends close to ours so we were woken up again! It was a real nightmare! '

Every need was taken care of and flexibility in timings for meals was greatly appreciated. No shortcomings in services at all. Never felt we were staying in a commercial hotel, felt as if we were staying at our own home. Will definitely stay here whenever we visit again and strongly recommend to all friends.'
