'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'I was looking for a basic no frills hotel for an overnight stay. The staff was very helpful & nice for check in, the room was perfect, and the best thing was that the room heater worked perfectly and ran quietly! Also, 2 blocks down was Iron Goat Brewery which was a great place to relax after the drive. There are homeless in the neighborhood but there were no problems. '
