Good service and facilities.. Breakfast spread is decent - not as much as I would have expected from a 5* property. But food was good. ViaMilano bar was a good place to wind down and have a small talk with the staff, esp the bar manager.

Luxury Family holidays
We had a lovely family holidays at Feathers Enjoyed buffet breakfast every morning,service was amazing. We used spa services which is world class. Gym is added bonus while stayed there. Chef Shariff,Balaji,Vinay,Tanya and Tamilselvan and morning hospitality team made our stay memorable. I would strongly recommend Feathers hotel for a luxury,family friendly holidays for any time of the year.

Big room with good service Breakfast, Staff at Front Desk are helpful as well. However, much to improve in-term on TV channels and continous power in room (numerous power trip during my 4 day stay). Service on Roof Rest are slow and need prompting to accompanish the order.

Staff were excellent including Duty Manager. Room was clean, restaurant was good, roof bar had excellent ambience, housekeeping were prompt in service and when I needed help with car for the day, the Duty Manager went out of his way to help us despite a car not being readily available.

Close to airport Clean and well kept rooms Pleasant facility Nice restaurants Front desk staff was a jerk during check in and check out. During check in i was 3 hours early. They said they would charge me and it was a full day rent. I refused and waited at the restaurant. During check out they would not give me 1 hour late check out. I understood they had a full booking. So I checked out at 12 10 PM. I was at the restaurant. I informed restaurant staff to call front desk, advise them that I am at the restaurant and I would be thre for 3 hours and then go to reception and check out. When I went to front desk, the person said I had not checked out at 12 and would charge me a full day stay. There was a bit of commotion. Eventually i was able to check out without having to pay for the 3 hours I was waiting at their restaurant.
